This is The only place in town I will go I have tried over a 1/2 dozen other places in the year that I've been here and had consistently not good yet expensive pedicures. The technicians here are detailed and thorough. Every time I visit there seem to be mostly regulars and locals. I feel that's the biggest indicator of their quality aside from the good work they have done for me.
I’ve gone to this location twice. First time I had a good experience. Second time was so horrible I won’t be back. While we were there an older Asian lady started talking very rude to her customer. When another customer tried to jump in the older Asian lady turned and said “This is my customer. Don’t tell her what to think!” I work in customer service and that was very uncalled for. Then the next day my big toe nail polish came right off. I won’t be back because I don’t want to be treated like that as a customer.
I specifically asked the man not to cut my nails, just to file them , because I get ingrowns . He pretended to understand me then proceeded to butcher my nails and chomp down at the sides of them. I told him to stop and that I didn’t want a pedicure anymore. Not one soul that worked in the shop cared that I was unhappy as I walked out. No one in there speaks English. They won’t be able understand you, neither will they care. Go to Lee nails if you want to be treated terribly and have your toe nails butchered.
I was so tense when I went in there. All I wanted was to feel pampered. Like for just a moment the world revolved around me. I got that! My toes and my nails look so amazing. I think it might be nap time!
Really unimpressed with this place. This is not the first time I have had a bad mani/pedi from here but I ended up back here today with a friend. Today really took the cake. The salon switched to a cheaper off brand gel that is terrible. The nail tech left the sides of my toes unpainted along with a uneven paint job on my big toe and audibly let out a sigh when I politely pointed it out, asking her to fix it . My gel manicure is light in some areas and dark in others. The gel manicure looks like it was done by a 5 year old. I would have been able to look past the unsanitary conditions of this place had I felt like my $65 was well spent.
Came in with 2 broken acrylics while on vacation. Shoshana did an amazing job and went above and beyond to color match my 2 toned nails. I was skeptical because of the past reviews about cleanliness but the entire time I was there staff was cleaning everything. I would go back.
Worst nail place I’ve ever been to. The lady refused to fix my nail and she cut my toe.. massage chairs were broken so I had to sit in a lumpy chair the whole time. Not relaxing at all
This business is extremely unprofessional. I got my nails done and they messed it up and refuse to fix it. I have a wedding to attend and I'm going in to look like the clay monster!!! Do not use them. 7/2/2022. They have people working there that aren't trained to do nails
