This is the worst place to go too , customer service is awful and “nail tech” does not take responsibility for the mistake he made on my toe when I was generously asking him to fix it he also tried to kick me out because I was disagreeing with his bad work instead of fixing it He left my toe nail crooked , no one has ever done my nails that way before , don’t waste your money or your time here , if I could give this 0 stars I would

Completely awful experience. I asked repeatedly to have the polish soaked off my toes. She kept half adding the acetone with no foil so it wasn't working. When she kept only giving the solution like 2 minutes to work, she just started scraping it off with the cuticle pusher. I asked for a soak as not to ruin my natural nail. She just kept saying the dremel was easier for her and I explained that it damages the nail and I am trying to protect my nails. She didn't care so I got up and left.

Walked in at 1:50pm on a Monday. They told me to take a seat and did not indicate there would be a wait (there were 3 techs working and 3 guests in the salon). After soaking my feet for 30 minutes I left. The woman next to me had been soaking her feet since before I walked in and still had no one servicing her… all while they were telling me that someone was coming to service me next. Meanwhile, two techs were working on one woman at the same time. The other tech finished a manicure and didn’t start on the woman waiting before me… just went to the back. Poor time management…. It was quiet and slow and they still couldn’t figure it out. Can’t comment on quality of service and won’t be back to try.

This place should be closed down for cheating people. They are extremely high, and unable to explain services. My daughter suppose to have a full set no designs with gel paint, and pedicure $125.00 and the work was horrible. I had to come back to get a toe repainted because the paint came off. Total rip off and he had the nerve to say, no charge damn right no charge, we just came in here yesterday and the paint coming off her toe nails. I would never come to this place again!!! By the way the nails are horrible. Please I beg of you, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THE OTHER REVIEWS SPEAK FOR ITSELF RUN, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!! MONEY HUNGRY

I went here on a whim because it's close to the UPS store. I got a fill in and gel polish. Two days later my gel polish lifted and peeled! How in the world does feel polish lift? The fill in was fine but I won't return

I have been going here since I moved to Augusta 3 years ago. They’ve done awesome UNTIL my last pedicure...my big toe on each foot is turning black and my entire nail is coming up ???????? I am so mad right now. CLEAN YOUR IMPLEMENTS!!!

They took two of us, immediately, as walk-ins. Both technicians were sweet, gentle, and happy to engage in conversation. For both of us, they painted one nail to see if we liked the colors. Not liking my first choice, my technician suggested another shade that turned out to be a fun choice! We will definitely be back. They are so sweet, and our nails look spectacular.
