Quick Facts About First Class Nails
First Class Nails has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. The strengths include affordable prices, capable staff members who do a good job with nails and eyebrows, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the weaknesses include poor customer service, unprofessional behavior by staff, inconsistent nail services, long wait times, and painful experiences.
One of the positive aspects mentioned by customers is the affordability of services at First Class Nails. Several reviewers mentioned that the price was good, indicating that the salon offers competitive prices compared to other nail salons. This can be an appealing factor for customers who are looking for quality services at a reasonable cost.
Additionally, some customers praised the staff members for their capabilities in nail and eyebrow services. They mentioned that their nails looked amazing and were done with care. This indicates that the salon has competent technicians who can deliver satisfactory results in some cases.
The overall atmosphere of the salon was also considered a strength. One customer mentioned that the people there were very nice and that they take good care of customers. Friendly and attentive staff can contribute to a positive salon experience and make customers feel comfortable and satisfied with the services received.
On the other hand, several weaknesses were highlighted in the comments. One recurring issue mentioned is poor customer service. Some customers described the staff as rude and unapologetic. They mentioned instances where their concerns and requests were dismissed or met with an unpleasant attitude. This indicates a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer satisfaction.
Inconsistent nail services were also reported. Customers mentioned issues such as chipped polish after a short period, nails being cut too short or into undesired shapes, and cuts or injuries during services. These experiences indicate a lack of attention to detail and a lack of consistency in the quality of services provided.
Long wait times were mentioned by multiple customers, indicating a significant weakness. Waiting for over an hour for service can be frustrating for customers, especially if it becomes a recurring issue. This can lead to a negative impression of the salon and may deter customers from returning.
Painful experiences were also mentioned by some customers, both in the context of pedicures and waxing services. Reports of toenails being cut too short, resulting in pain, and scabs and injuries from waxing indicate a lack of care and gentleness during services. Experiencing pain or discomfort during services can lead to a negative overall experience and dissuade customers from returning.
In summary, First Class Nails has strengths including affordable prices, capable staff members, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, it also has weaknesses such as poor customer service, inconsistent nail services, long wait times, and painful experiences. These weaknesses can significantly impact the overall satisfaction of customers and may lead them to seek services elsewhere.

I would not recommend getting a pedicure here at all and it’s iffy for anything else. I was in a few weeks ago and got a pedicure (gel polish), a refill (gp) and a full set (gp). My toe was gouged during the pedicure and no real apology was given (or even an explanation as to why she was cuttin the top of my toes in the first place). She was not careful with my toe afterwards either and any attempt I made to ask her to be gentler was brushed off. Not only was my toe injured but she also cut my toe nails too short on the side and now they’re in pain as they grow back. The polish chipped off on a few toes after not even a week. The woman was not only unapologetic but was down right rude when he husband offered a “free design” to somewhat compensate me when he did my fill (which ended up being null when he clipped my cuticle). Despite being shown a pic of my injured toe he only offered a $15 discount. The wife continued to protest still.
Overall, not a great shop or experience and I won’t be goin back.
I spent over 2 hours here and was skipped by a lady and when i asked for no metal to be used on my feet the lady got a real nasty attitude with me. But the price was good and i love how my feet look.
Amazing! The people there were very nice and I love my nails. They take good care of you.
I asked for short nails, he continued to argue "longer nail look better on you." I told him the ombre color I wanted, suffice to say, it's not what I got. Next time I'll pay the extra gas money to drive across town.
This is not the first time I have visited this nail salon, but I decided to try once more before leaving a negative review the first two times. The first two visits I had to wait for over an hour to get serviced. The son was polite and offered a drink for the wait. The most recent visit, the salon had only one other patron, so I was able to get started immediately. The owner started my nails, but never asked what shape I wanted for my nails. Without notice, she cut my nails into a shape she wanted although I wanted them square. I let her continue on. As the other reviews stated, she taps your hands as though you are a child when she wants your hands moved. The main reason for the low star review is that she left excess polish on certain fingers and had the nails different shapes on each hand. This was not a huge issue for me since I knew the quality of the salon and know how to "fix" my nails myself--which I did. This should not ever be the case in a salon. She is also not very polite and was short-staffed with her and only one other technician. Go a little bit further up the road to the other nail salon which is way better with more polite staff.
Very happy about my nails, Annie did a good job. I’ll be coming back soon
It should not hurt to get your nails done. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and I have NEVER had an experience like this. I have recently moved to another side of town and was trying a new place closer to home. This is what brought me here. The lady that did my nails I am pretty sure is the owner and she was in such a hurry ( I don’t know why because nobody was waiting ) that she cut me multiple times with her drill and then would look at me like it was my fault!! Like really lady? How about slow down and try and actually do a good job and not cut people!! She clearly doesn’t care about the customer but only about rushing and not caring what the end result would be. If she went to school to be a nail tech I don’t know where because she was backwards in the process. I have never seen nails done like this. My nails are half the length I asked for because they were all so crooked that she kept having to file them down and I was left with nothing more than a little over the tips of my fingers. I have cuts all around the edges of my nails and woke up today with my entire fingernails hurting from all the careless done by this lady. I will NEVER be back and I will be sure to spread the word as I know a lot of people that are always looking for a good nail place. This place should be shut down if the owner herself doesn’t even care enough to do a good job and take care of her customers. There are plenty of other nail shops close to this one and I would choose one of those. Any of them have to be better then this place.
This was the most painful waxing I’ve ever had. I thought it hurt because I hadn’t gotten them done in months. It’s scabs above my eyelids so I’m realizing my skin being ripped was what I was that feeling. It felt like she was tweezing more than one hair at a time.
These are the best eyebrows that I ever got, though. My eyelids are healing quickly.
