I love the way Vivian worked my nails and now with the new management they rub your feet, they do a litte massage. Is not just business is customer satisfaction. I am happy????
This is the 2nd worst nail salon I have ever been to. I called ahead of time around 6:30PM on a Tuesday evening. I asked the owner if they had time to do a dip powder manicure. She said yes. I asked her how much. She said $55 so I went.
Five minutes later I was at the salon. The salon was busy. The only free person working there was the owner Le. Instead of wrapping my nails, which would have been nice considering everyone else was busy and the salon was closing soon, she asked me if I wanted to pay now. I asked her why her sign on the wall said $40 for a dip manicure. She said the extra $$ was for the manicure including the "cuticle care". I said ok, not knowing that not 1 of my cuticles would be cared for when I actually got my nails done. This is false advertising.
I asked the owner if I could pay via venmo to avoid the salon's $2 credit card fee. The owner all of a sudden acted like she did not speak english and began to say zelle zelle as if she had never heard of venmo. She then put her jacket on and left for the night.
Tu Vo attempted to do my dip powder manicure. It was 8:00 PM and she could not get my nails to dry. She insisted that she had used the #4 to dry the nails. I sat under the fan for a while, but the nails were not drying. Considering it was just her, I, and 1 other male staff still in the shop, all with our jackets on wanting to go home, I told Tu to just dry my nails under the UV light. I paid $57 + tip and received a horrible manicure that did not last even 1 day because it was never properly done in the first place.
Le, why say you have time to do a dip manicure if you know that the employees you have there don't know how to do it? You're a hustler and need to be exposed.
Love my nails, lots of time and patience went into this design and I know it wasn't easy. This was my first time coming here and my first gel x set. I will be coming back!
On Saturday I went to this salon and it was my first time. I was a walk in and although I didn’t have an appointment they assisted me quickly. I got my nails done and my nail tech did a great job. His station was clean and he was polite. Then I got my eyebrows waxed by Helen and she did them so well. I usually get nervous getting my eyebrows done by someone new, but she made me comfortable and I love the results . Definitely a good experience here
Currently visit nail salon and I'm so satisfied on how Linda did my mani and pedi. She was very She was very thorough with my nails. I have selected a color from my nails and she tried it on me (I was unsure about it) and she looked at me like saying is this what you what ???? Thank you Linda! I came out happy. Thanks too for a friend of mine that is a faithful customer of theirs ????
I love Vivian! She got out the ingrown nail and didn't cause any pain! I have only had one other pedicurist that can do that! And I've been looking for someone like her for 10 years! I'm so glad I found Vivian.
Amazing, pleasant, and relaxing! Everyone is super friendly and I love how my gel manicure turned out! Definitely will be returning.
