For acrylic always go with Kevin, he does an amazing job. Pedicure are a hit or miss most times. Wait time on the weekends are long so I recommend to go on a weekday. Over all amazing service.

My pedicure lasted 5 days. I informed the nail tech I get ingrown nails and to cut my nails accordingly, I also asked her not to cut the cuticle but she did, and cut me 3 times without apologizing but she tried to hide it. When she was done the edges of the nails weren't painted so I proceeded to paint them as she went to tend to another client. Her manager said something to her that I didn't understand and she came back to paint the edges. Still didn't do it right so I asked to do it myself and she refused and yelled that she already did it. I don't appreciate being yelled at, I paid, tipped and left. 5 days ler the nails are chipped and the shape she cut them into has caused the nails to become further ingrown. I had a different salon dig them out and pay again for work that should have been done 5 days ago.
Went to get my nails done here and the gel started falling off within nine days when I was told it would last two to three weeks which wasn't the case. I do enjoy how you can pay via venmo so you can save on credit card fees that they charge. I probably would give them a second chance but I wouldn't get gel probably just a regular mani because they both last the same amount it seems.
I came in with my nails horribly done at another location. They were so bad honestly I didn’t think I’d find anyone to fix them. Walked in and was greeted by friendly faces, let them know what happened and even though I was embarrassed I showed my nails in hopes they can fix them. To my surprise they did! A man whom I did not get his name re did them and fixed the shape and nail and let me change the color. My nails looked like nails, beautiful nails. Thank you so much Jen’s nails for this I’ll be back. I love my nails.
I took my friend to get her nails done and I had to wait for her for 3.5 hours!!! In the car, yes it is up to me to wait but come on. Honor an appointment when it's booked. She ended up coming out without her nails done. What? 3.5 hours so you guys can disappoint. Staff kept asking her if she is just going to leave.
Complete waste of time. Got there at 3:30 and didn’t leave till 6pm today. All I got done was a regular pedicure. Mind you, I called to schedule mani- pedi ahead of time. Got there and didn’t get seated for a half an hour and no one started working on me for another hour. Many people were being started before me which I confused about but remained patient. (I work In hospitality) I understand it being busy. When my nails were getting started after 2 hours later the woman didn’t know how to do the design I went with. I ended up just paying for my toes and leaving. The customer service could use some work. Highly disappointed and won’t be returning.

Front desk male receptionist was so rude. First time coming and any simple questions asked (ex. ETA of service, etc) was very standoffish. Pedicure was average, not bad, but based on my initial impression and treatment at the beginning, it set the tone for the whole experience.
