Quick Facts About Nazma Tandoori Cuisine
Nazma Tandoori Cuisine seems to have a mix of positive and negative comments, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant. Based on the comments, the following analysis can be made:
Strengths:
1. Delicious food: Many customers praise the taste and flavor of the food. Words like "Love," "Delicious," and "Gorgeous" are used to describe the dishes.
2. Authenticity: Customers appreciate that the restaurant offers a proper traditional Indian dining experience. They mention that the food is not fancy or blingy, which suggests that it is more focused on authentic flavors rather than gimmicks.
3. Value for money: Some customers mention that the prices are reasonable for the quality of food they receive. They feel that they get good value for their money.
4. Attentive service: The staff is described as lovely, accommodating, and attentive. Customers appreciate the service they receive and feel that the staff goes the extra mile to meet their preferences, such as adding extra chili or adjusting the spice level.
5. Fresh ingredients: A customer mentions that they were pleased to see fresh salad on their biryani. This suggests that the restaurant emphasizes the use of fresh ingredients in their dishes.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent delivery service: There are complaints about the delivery service being slow and unreliable. In one case, the food was delivered to the wrong address, resulting in a significant delay and the food arriving cold.
2. Poor quality control: One customer had a negative experience where the roti was rock solid and the food seemed dirty and tasteless. This suggests that there may be issues with quality control and consistency in food preparation.
3. Long wait times: Another customer mentions that their food took 2.5 hours to arrive, which is a significant delay for a takeaway order. Such long wait times can be frustrating for customers, especially when the food arrives cold and greasy.
4. Lack of spice and flavor: While some customers appreciate the flavors of the food, there is one comment about a bhuna curry lacking spice and tasting like tomato puree. This suggests that there may be inconsistencies in flavor profiles and spice levels in certain dishes.
5. Ambience: A customer mentions that the restaurant can be chilly until the food arrives. This suggests that the temperature or heating arrangements in the dining area may not be optimal.
Overall, Nazma Tandoori Cuisine has strengths in terms of delicious food, authenticity, value for money, attentive service, and the use of fresh ingredients. However, there are weaknesses in terms of delivery service, quality control, long wait times, lack of spice in some dishes, and the ambience in the dining area. To improve, the restaurant should focus on addressing the weaknesses and maintaining the strengths to provide a consistently good dining experience for customers.

A Proper Traditional Indian. Nothing Fancy or Blinging! Delicious Food - Excellent Value - Attentive Service.
Worst food ever!!!! Do not buy from here, rotti was rock solid could barley eat it. The food was dirty and was microwaved (tasteless) I spent £20 and got like £5 worth of food, I wouldn’t even accept the food for free. It definitely needs improving.
Order taken to wrong house - 4 miles away - then was lied to about where it was. They said on its way and would be a few minutes. Unluckily for them the person who had my order phoned me to say what was happening. Needless to say was bloody cold when it got here! Waiting for it re-delivering. Nearly 2 hours since I ordered.
First time of ordering . When food arrived much earlier than estimated was pleased to see fresh salad on biryani. Got the special
Absolutely gorgeous
Hot tasty and excellent service.
Ordered food at 20.15 good did not arrive until 22.30 2.5 hours for 2 curry's not good. When the food came it was cold and the bottom of the bag had a puddle off Grease in and so did the food. There was no taste to my bhuna it tasted like tomato puree no spice whatsoever. Oh and also heard the door go when drive came went out 20 seconds later the food was on the floor the driver was gone. Would not recommend this place. Put me right off takeaways
Me and my husband eat here at least once a month , and have done for years! The staff are lovely every time and we have never had a bad meal! Would recommend to anyone who likes freshly prepared food at a decent price in a nice calm atmosphere!
Very nice staff. Gorgeous food every time I've been. Very cheap for the quality of food you get. Think it's great to sit in the restaurant. Bit chilly usually, till the food comes. Staff are very accommodating as to adding extra chilli or making it milder. I don't find the currys that hot.
