Had a wake for my dearly departed sister today, we paid for a buffet and I want to mention it was absolutely fabulous, food mega fresh 100% spot on, excellent sectioned area for the function, brilliant prices for drinks, staff professional attitude and just fantastic location for such an occasion. Well done the new mill big thankyou to management.

They looked after my elderly Mam when her car broke down on John Reid Road in the snow. They gave her a warm welcome and coffee as well as a warm, safe place to wait for the RAC. I can't thank them enough.
I ordered a home made chicken parmo with proper chips and salad and it was hands down the best Parmo I've ever eaten. Food and drink service was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Today we attended a wake at the New Mill and they were fantastic. They put on a beautiful spread which included a hot cooked breakfast. Even though it was after a sad event and my mam in laws funeral the service they provided was exceptional. The bar staff were amazing and very friendly and we would definitely use this venue again.
I took my wife and mother in law here for lunch this weekend. We all had the 3 course meal £7 each. We were all delighted with the food we had. Really looking forward to another visit next time we come up visiting. Thanks to all the staff for making us Yorkshire folk welcome. We will be back
