I love getting my mani-pedis done with Anna! She is very precise and careful when it comes to my cuticles which I love. I usually get gel manicures and regular pedicures. In this location most ladies speak both English and Spanish. Such a nice and welcoming environment, definitely recommend!
I dont want to give 1 star also. I booked my appointment for nails was 20 mins late due to road blockage she didnt even called me and when i reached she said she cannot do my nails. DONT GO TO THEM. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU DISAPPOINTED AND ALSO VERY RUDE.
Five minutes into my appointment my nail technician took out her phone and decided it would be a good time to call her doctor meanwhile I’m sitting there just waiting for her to finish she took a good 10 to 15 minutes on the phone when she finally hung up she proceeded to call her husband. Due to her lack of time management she rush the process My nails are uneven and she hurt me while Filing them. She was very rude during the whole process. I also had schedule an appointment for my sister at 11:00 for a manicure and she did not get seen until 11:30 (because everyone was on break) when we told them that she had made an appointment the nail technician looked at me and said you never confirm (which I did over the phone) so I never penciled her in unfortunately she couldn’t get her nails done. They were annoyed and bother for doing their job. Once I finish, I was drying my nails in the fan for what seemed like 2 minutes when a lady walked in wanting to get her nails done the nail technician then decided to take her and told me you can go you’re done not allowing my nails to fully dry. Because of this the nail polish chipped. I never write reviews but if you’re reading this do not go to this nail salon. They are rude and unprofessional
DO NOT COME HERE. Indian manager took down the wrong number and nail tech blamed me for not answering saying she needed to cancel my appointment. They do not care about their customers if they mess up they just say oh well and you have to find another salon. UNPROFESSIONAL.
I have gotten my eyebrows threaded here 3 times of over the last few months. Every time I was able to walk right in and get my eyebrows done without waiting. I am very pleased with the service I have received here and Nita is very nice and welcoming.
This is the best place to go for eyebrow threading in Kearny. Also, the staff is great and the owner Nita is very sweet and friendly. She is very good at her work and she is the best when it comes to eyebrow threading. The staff are really good at what they do. I usually only go for eyebrow threading but I always see other customers are always happy with the staff that are assisting them. This shows me that not only the salon is nice and clean but the staff is very helpful and do a great job when it comes to their profession.
Went for a haircut and blowdry without an appointment. Amazing service done by a lady whose name starts with S. She was quick and i just loved how my hair turned out. Even after the hair wash today, the hair looks super cool! Will definitely come again!
I am only giving 4 stars because the hairdresser does a terrible job. I asked for blonde highlights, it didn't even come close to it (this happen last year). Found a better hairdresser & love my blonde hair. Elsa does my manicure & pedicure, she is very nice & do a great job (she doesn't hurt or cut me). I like Nita, she changed since I met her, she is more friendly with customer & staff. So far I enjoy going there & their price is very reasonable. Keep up the good work!!!
