Weaknesses:
1. Limited menu: One comment mentions that the cafe did not have certain items on the menu. While this is understandable, it can be seen as a weakness as it limits the choices available to customers. Having a diverse and comprehensive menu is important for satisfying a wider range of preferences.
2. Small portion sizes: One customer mentions that the portion size of chips they ordered was extremely small for the price they paid. This can be seen as a weakness as customers expect to receive a reasonable portion size in relation to the price they pay. This suggests that the cafe may need to reassess its portion sizes to meet customer expectations.
3. Waiting time: One comment mentions having to wait for 20 minutes despite there being only 8 other customers. This can be seen as a weakness as it indicates a potential issue with efficiency and service speed. Customers value prompt service, and a long waiting time can negatively impact their experience.
4. Limited options for customization: One comment mentions that there was no choice of brown bread or butter for the breakfast. This can be seen as a weakness as customers appreciate having options and being able to customize their meals according to their preferences. By offering more choices, the cafe can cater to a wider range of dietary needs and preferences.
5. Lack of visual appeal: One comment mentions that the cafe is not much to look at. While the ambience is generally described as nice, the lack of visual appeal can be seen as a weakness. Enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the cafe can help attract more customers and create a more enjoyable dining environment.
In conclusion, Old Oak Cafe has several strengths, such as fantastic service, delicious food, affordable prices, friendly staff, and a nice ambience. However, there are also some weaknesses that should be addressed, including a limited menu, small portion sizes, waiting time, limited options for customization, and lack of visual appeal. By addressing these weaknesses, Old Oak Cafe can further improve the overall dining experience for its customers.

Very nice Restaurant , Food is amazing with good price the staff very friendly and professional , I will always visit this place , highly recommended
First time visiting here since new ownership, I tried ordering two things off the menu and was told they didn't have items (which is fine) so I just ordered a potion of chips for £2,30. The portion size was extremely small for what I would expect for the money and also had to wait 20mins when only 8 other customers where inside eating. I don't think I will visit here again.
The guys serving were lovely, but my breakfast was pretty awful; a small portion of dried-up scrambled egg on white bread with margarine (there was no choice of brown bread or butter). Personally, I’d give this place a swerve
