The owner Frannie is an absolute gem and was so accommodating and friendly for a last min walk in appointment (and on her birthday!) She did an amazing job on my feet. The salon is so cute, clean, and well decorated, I will definitely be back and recommend this place highly.
Frannie was absolutely fantastic as always! I got an ombré full set done and she did it wonderfully. She was also able to take me in on a short notice! Will definitely be going in again!! She does a great job! Definitely check her out!
I’ve been coming here since High School and Frannie has never disappointed me. She is so outgoing, free spirited, relatable, and so much more. Her work is incredible as always. You never leave unsatisfied. I have never went anywhere else since. Frannies place (Orchid Nails) is the best place in town!

My nails didn’t even last for a week and it’s already coming off. Paid $55 for these and the owner was the only one working there, so she was rushing and didn’t even start my nails until like 40 minutes after my appointment time. Yea, she’s sweet and makes you feel comfortable but I’m mad I wasted money.
Frannie is amazing!!! Last minute walk in with my daughter. She is so welcoming and does not make you feel like you are just a number and rush everything. We have been to several places in Bloomington and she is by far the best. She did acrylic, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing all in one visit. I cannot tell you enough how amazing this place and Frannie is! I will not go anywhere else after the experience we have had! I work in customer service and this lady goes above and beyond with the entire experience! Thank you so much for a great time and wonderful work.
Fran is a riot ! i love going to her ! nicest lady , very funny and an overall nice person to be around ! i live 45 mins away and Fran is the only lady i will go to !
