Bit of a wait as you can’t drive under the canopy as it gets blocked while they check the truck in front of you being tipped (Also Canopy has a height limit of 15ft 5 so if you’re above your not going to get under it)

Excellent tip as I was the only one there, I got there early and when he opened the gate I was straight in and tipped in 25 mins.

The staff in the warehouse floor are so Rod, when shopping this morning I was asked by the member of staff to move out of his way no respect to customers whatsoever, I had full trolley and was just collecting some kinder egg's so l left the full trolley there and walked out, they've lost £1500 to say the list, went to bookers instead and spend my money there insted

Arrived at 10:20 with 8 pallets. Still waiting to be tipped 3 hours later.....

Drivers make sure you have plenty of time on your tacho if you come here

Really disappointed that I now need to travel for 30 minutes for another supplier that cares for it's customers and stays open until the ungodly hour of 5pm. Greed and Self Importance, Shame a long time customer goes elsewhere.

Closing at 4pm for a Cash and Carry is embarassing. Small operators stay open until 10pm. Openning hours need to be revised, makro and costco et al all offer far longer hours for their customers.

Shocking service from Parfetts of Somercotes. I've been trading with them for 13 years now, and I've taken the decision to take my business else where due to the treatment received from their staff! Unacceptable!
