I literally called them, today, the day of, to get medium/large sized box braids done because my schedule wouldn't allow for me to fit my normal person in. I was panicking because I'm hosting my son's bday party this weekend. Anywho, no other clients were there when I came in at 2pm. 2 ladies started on my head and completed my hair in 2 1/12 hours. That alone is worth their price. I would definitely come back and get my hair done by these ladies.

They need to do a better job with telling customers what time to come. They scheduled me for 4 and did not start until 2.5 hours later. This is the 3rd and final time they have done this to me! STOP just giving people a time knowing you do not have the spot available. They do good work but it’s not worth my time sitting and waiting! This is horrible customer service and I will not be returning!!

I called to get hair done on 05/14/22. The lady I spoke with said come at 3pm. I got there at 2:50pm. The braider said we can't take you we already have people waiting. ???? I'm saying to myself why didn't you say that when I called at 12.30pm. Then one of the ladies laughed. Braider wasn't on the phone!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very, very unprofessional!!!!!!!!
Love my hair, made sure I was set with my appointment a week ahead and double checked with her two days before to make sure we were on the same page and boom, in there, no wait, had my hair done in a matter of 3 hours. I can't complain at all, it's been years since I have had braids, and I had a very good experience here and if I plan on getting braids again, would come back. Thank you Dela! ????
I will always go to them for my knotless braids. This is my second time going. The same lady did my hair both times. I don’t know her name but she’s fast and does a great job. Love them!
Yes, I did wait an hour and a half after my appointment time, but she made up for that by doing an awesome job on my hair! I love it! The next time I get my hair braided, they will be the first people I called.
