Not the place to take big puppies at all! They had him for about 4 hours. The girl said they did a dematting, but literally shaved his back and front paws. My dog looks sick and like he was homeless. Then she proceeded to say he needed more training to calm him down. He’s not an aggressive dog at all what-so ever and he loves people! I’m more concerned about what went on behind closed doors with my 7 month old pup!
adopted my new kitty from them today! they called her sue but we named her Temperance! Shes a wonderful kitty and is adjusting very well already! ♡

My fur babies were supposedly groomed. Feet and ears were not done, i question if they were even bathed. My yorki was cut. My Airedale had dirty ears. After having an appointment i was called and asked if i could move my appointment up a day then the day before i was sent a text from the groomer canceling appointment that she was sick but was at the business on that said sick day. The other groomer, Kaitlyn. Was who groomed my babies so terribly. Will not take them back to be hurt again.
I visited the store yesterday and was thrilled to discover that the cat food I needed was on clearance! Michelle and Gabriyel were super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this store.

I took my doodle to be groomed after a terrible experience with a prior groomer. Let’s just say, the groomers at petsense are unmatched. They are kind, caring, and so sweet. I fully trust them with my doodle. They did an amazing job with him and they seemed to love on him a great deal. To say the least, he came home a happy and clean pup! We love the groomers and will continue seeing them for many times to come!
UPDATE Feb 2023: they no longer take doodles. They were super sweet about it
Very dissatisfied with the grooming that I received for my fur baby Coco. Excessive shedding after bath with no sign of fur being thoroughly cleaned. After conversation with supervisor Trevor, head groomer Kaitlyn and Supervisor Michele Brown, there was no resolution to the subpar grooming of my dog. If there is somewhere else that you can take your dog to be groomed, you probably should. Ooh and save your money on the teeth cleaning, you can apply a foam yourself.
