Quick Facts About Pinto Foods Ltd

Pinto Foods Ltd has several strengths that make it an attractive place to visit. One of the major strengths is the quality of the food. Multiple reviewers commented on the delicious taste of the meals they ordered, including the chicken tikka and omelette. They praised the soft and creamy texture of the omelette, the rich taste of the masala, and the non-greasy nature of the fried potatoes. This indicates that Pinto Foods Ltd consistently delivers tasty and satisfying meals to its customers.
Another strength of Pinto Foods Ltd is its pricing. Many reviewers mentioned that the prices were reasonable, and some even noted that they were slightly cheaper than similar establishments in towns. This affordability factor can be a major draw for customers, especially in today's economy where people are constantly looking for good value for their money.
The staff at Pinto Foods Ltd also received positive feedback. Reviewers described them as friendly, and they were surprised to see that the staff wore uniforms, which is not common in roadside cafes. This attention to detail in terms of presentation and customer service can help to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and make them feel valued.
Hygiene and cleanliness are other strengths of Pinto Foods Ltd. Reviewers mentioned that the cafe was clean and modern, with well-kept toilets that had decent mirrors. This attention to cleanliness is important, as it gives customers confidence in the overall quality and safety of the establishment.
Additionally, Pinto Foods Ltd offers a good range of choices for breakfast and lunch, including fish and chips. This variety can cater to different tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring that there is something for everyone on the menu.
Despite these strengths, there are a few weaknesses that were mentioned in the comments. One reviewer had a negative experience with the cook/owner, who seemed stressed and made a mistake with the order. This could be seen as a weakness in terms of the management and organization of the restaurant. Another reviewer mentioned that there was confusion over the menu options and additional charges for changes. This miscommunication could be confusing for customers and lead to dissatisfaction.
There was also a comment about oil on the plate, suggesting that there may be some issues with consistency or presentation in terms of the food preparation. Additionally, one reviewer mentioned that the cafe lacked atmosphere, which could be a drawback for customers looking for a cozy and vibrant dining experience.
Lastly, one reviewer had a negative encounter at the cafe, where they were shouted at and told there was no room for anyone else. This suggests a lack of customer service and professionalism, which can be a serious weakness for any establishment.
Overall, Pinto Foods Ltd has several strengths, including delicious food, affordable pricing, friendly staff, cleanliness, and a good range of menu choices. However, there are some weaknesses that should be addressed, such as issues with customer service, miscommunication, consistency in food preparation, and the lack of atmosphere.

Was sceptical, but a hidden gem on a road with filling food and good prices.
Lavazza coffee ???? ordered chicken tikka and omelette, both was simply served but taste soo good!!! Omelette was very soft and creamy, masala rich in taste and potato round cut and fried but not greasy at all.
Very reasonably priced, even slightly cheaper than in towns. Good range of choice for breakfast and lunch and even fish and chips.
Very Friendly staff( wear uniform which u won't expect in the road side cafes in here).
Clean, modern and even toilets are well kept with decent mirrors.
Definetly will stop again as passing often.
Went here with my sister and daughter for breakfast, the cook/owner was at the till and offered to serve us. I couldn't believe what I was seeing she was quite happily chewing away on something and serving customers, (laughable) I ordered, dropped something off and added something else.
My sister ordered a small breakfast the menu stated beans or tomato, my sister opted for beans, the cook/owner rather excitedly started saying you've already changed once, if you change again it's more money and pointed to a sign on the till, we tried explaining about the menu and she just didn't get it.
One of the servers took over from her and apologised and said that she was stressed because she had missed an order. We repeated our order and sat down.
The tea came, the toast came and later the breakfast came.
Whilst I was eating a server came up to me and asked if I had the right breakfast, I just looked at her, repeated what I ordered and said yes thank you. A lady on another table had not had her breakfast and her partner and child had almost finished there's.
The good was good, the servers were smiling and friendly and done a good job trying to keep the stress of the cook/owner away from the customers.
Oh, I did have to wipe quite a bit of oil off my plate from the eggs which had just bee plonked on the plate upside down
Absolutely terrific breakfast. Great prices, friendly staff, very clean. First visit to here, and defiantly not the last. The bacon slices were more like gammons. Everything was cooked perfect. If your on a visit to Pembrokeshire, or leaving Pembrokshire, you need to stop here. Set me up for the day.
This is a great little place. I wasn't expecting much from a little cafe at petrol fueling station but was pleasantly surprised. We needed to use it twice while charging our car. The girls serving were absolutely lovely and as helpful as we needed them to be. A bit 'hollow' in atmosphere but that is the nature of these types of buildings, however, our dog was very happy settling for the short time we were there so generally there was a sense of peace within the building.
Full breakfast - no grilled tomatoes as stated on menu. Tinned tomatoes, chopped mush. Would have liked the option to not have them! Sautéed potatoes didn’t feel fresh. More like warmed up in the microwave given their floppy consistency. Never again.
Didn't get a chance to try the cafe out as we were shouted at as we opened the door that there was no room for anyone else. Didn't seem particularly busy. Walked away embarrassed at having been shouted at for shamefully hoping we could get a coffee. It was a shame considering the electric vehicle chargers are perfectly placed, reliable and quick.
Just a friendly apology that you're full would have done and we'd happily come back another time.
Called in on the off chance it was open on a Saturday late afternoon after collecting a car locally. chap was just closing up but offered us in for a quick takeaway. round of hot drinks and panini’s to take away and a couple of caramel short breads for the trip home. Very chatty and friendly and would call back in if I was back in the area
My first visit and pleasantly surprised with a warm welcome and good food. The cafe is slightly tucked away behind the petrol station and could be easily missed. The tables were spotlessly clean as was the whole cafe. Staff were excellent, polite, friendly and professional so well done to all. I'll be back and can recommend to others.
