Family birthday lunch for my 4 year old son in August. Spoke to Natalie, the manager before hand to book and she created the perfect set up. Natalie and her team really went above and beyond. My son was the happiest boy and we are so grateful to her. Food and drinks were excellent! Fantastic experience! Thank you Natalie and co!
Nice clean toilets and restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. Food yum! (I can't eat other pizzas), but expensive without discount offers being available (especially the soft drinks). I love BBQ burnt ends, but the amount of toppings is definitely suffering from 'shrinkflation' . Otherwise ????.
Every time I’m in the UK I find time to hit a pizza express. Love this location and the service was excellent.
Pizza and dough balls were amazing as always, and the prices very reasonable.
My daughter loved her dessert and I always look forward to my next visit.
Liv was amazing. She remembered us and what we ordered from our previous visit and she made us feel welcome.

Went away feeling underwealmed. We ordered two salads and a pizza. I noticed a table across from us sent a pizza back, rejecting it because it was overcooked. When our order arrived the pizza was burnt, black around the outside, hard and simply inedible. It wasn't a tad overcooked, it was burnt. I sent it back and the replacement was much better. Serving up obviously burnt food is just not on.
This is disappointing for somewhere purporting to be a pizza specialist restaurant.
We both pre-booked and pre-ordered everything in advance, yet still the food took exactly 2 hours to arrive. Everyone was beyond starving. When they finally did arrive, they left out and forgot about four of the meals. When we explained the situation to the manager they weren’t even slightly apologetic, and just replied they’ll “see what they can do”. Food was expensive despite this level of service and the portions were small.
I understand managing wait times in a restaurant is difficult and number of customers can vary unexpectedly, but this was not even slightly close to the mark, and if accepting customers would result in a 2hr wait time with several forgotten orders, then perhaps Pizza Express is accepting far far more tables than they could manage.
Ordered delivery, food was cold, ordered extra garlic butter which I never received, and crowning achievement was the short hair I found on the last slice of my pizza. I can genuinely only hope it was a beard hair and not another type of hair. I feel sick.
Staff were very accommodating of my dietary issues (low-FODMAP), and I was able to eat my first pizza in nearly 3 years. It means so much to those of us that struggle, particularly with rarer conditions like mine, thank you :)
