Walked in without an appointment for a manicure and they asked me to wait 15 minutes. They quickly got me in and gave me exactly what I was looking for. No complaints here, I would go back!
I went with 2 friends, the people who came in after us were told there was no time for them. Soon after 2 people walked in who got taken before my friend and I who had been waiting 45 minutes already. This picture was left from one of the women that came in after me but was taken care of first. She never cleaned up the nails she cut from the women before. As I was waiting to have my gel polish soak off she took another person fixing their nails from an earlier session ignoring me. It was obvious they were annoyed we were there and wanted our nails done. We came in 50 minutes till closing. I left after waiting over an hour with almost no service or help. They were rude to all the customers in the building. When she started to take my polish off she used a drill on my nails even though I had no acrylics on. I have never had such a bad experience from a nail salon from service, cleanliness, and hygiene. I am extremely disappointed.
It was my first time there on Friday August 5,2022 and my first time having a pedicure with my 2 other friends Ashley, and Chris it was a fantastic experience.
The salon is kept up very clean they were gloves while doing your nails,
Everything is kept up to health code standards.
I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone, I would also give them a 100%.
Keep up the great work at Pretty Nails. All of us will be back for the same thing and even a manicure .

I just had my husband call to ask if they expect walk-ins and they said yes they do thank you so much pretty nail salon! I’m excited!
They do wonderful pedicures. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and do an excellent job.
It can be crazy busy there on weekends so I try to go during the week. If you want to go on Friday or Saturday I would suggest making an appointment.
I called ahead to see if they take walk-ins and was told yes, and that they could probably get me in about 45 minutes. I showed up early and they were able to fit me right in. Theresa was very thorough and cleaned up my nails nicely (they needed a lot of work)! She did a great job on my French mani, the pricing was very reasonable, and I look forward to next time!

DO NOT COME TO PRETTY NAILS! This is the worst place I’ve ever gone to have my nails done. The workers are so rude and have a hard time understanding what you’re saying. I had an appointment made for 3:15pm and got there for my appointment in a timely manner. I was told to wait, so I did.. FOR OVER AN HOUR! Other people came in as walk-in pedicures and got helped within 15 mins. I WAS STILL WAITING FOR MY APPOINTMENT AT 3:15. After about an hour and 10 mins I left. Not to mention they are dirty, and don’t clean their stations after each use. I’ve gotten acrylic nails done and a women was getting her nails done before mine, and got glitter in her nails, but they didn’t clean their station and I ended up w glitter in my nails unwillingly. DONT COME HERE! Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
