As someone who’s been getting their nails done religiously every two weeks for over a decade, I know good nails. This place is it. Don’t let the location (in a mall) prevent you from giving it a chance. During the 6 months I lived in Colorado for work, Jana was my girl. She has the sweetest disposition and always goes above and beyond to ensure you love your nails. She never rushes through the appointment and the product is PERFECT nails every single time. I can’t speak for the other technicians’ work since I’ve only gone to Jana; but from what I’ve observed, the others are also very kind and professional. I’ll miss this place and the best nail tech I’ve ever had.
Professionail is a hidden gem in the Greeley Mall. The last time I visited them, I left with decent results; however, this experience was an overall amazing time. My nails always stay on for longer than acrylics from other salons, and the results never cease to be incredible. They pull off my reference designs flawlessly and always leave my nails looking beautiful!
Despite the hour and a half wait due to some overbooking (and a minor miscommunication over the phone that resulted in 15 min difference between the appointment I scheduled over the phone and the one they wrote down), they did a wonderful job once I sat in the chair. Jana is so talented and professional. She focuses meticulously on details, functionality, and creating an aesthetically pleasing look. 10/10 recommend - just in case though, make sure you have nothing scheduled for about an hour and a half after your initial appointment time. It’s always good to have a cushion in your schedule haha.

Went in 2 and a half weeks ago only three people were working. Halfway through getting my nails done they started to get a little busier. She rushed through my nails to help the other people that came in. She was more concerned about the shape of my nails then anything else. She was friendly but didn't listen when I tried to explain that my nail was not formed right it had a dip in it. Three of my nails have already completely chipped off and the others are starting to. I went to this place because of the reviews had high ratings but I will not return to this place.
Tee is always the best when it come to doing nails. She is so nice and understanding of what type of nails you want. But overall, everyone in the establishment is pretty nice and friendly☺️ these were my Halloween nails Tee did for me????
Hands down, best manicure I have ever had. I can be pretty self-consciousness and don't get my nails done very often, which is why this experience was so awesome. Everyone was very attentive and friendly but so incredibly talented as well. My nails have never looked so perfect! I got a pedicure as well and while I just got a simple gel polish on my toes, the experience was just as wonderful. I won't be going to any other nail salons after such a wonderful experience here!
I really love coming here. They do amazing work! I come every week and swap off pedicure and full set/rebase. The girl I have is definitely the best I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done for about 16 years!
I moved to Greeley from Denver about 2 months ago and this is the 1st nail salon I came across and decided to give them a try. They DID NOT disappoint!! The pedis I have been amazing!! They do a fantastic job with the nails I want (I can get a little crazy with the designs) but they put up with me ???? and they come out sooo cute everytime! They are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend Professionail ❤️????
I love this place!! The prices are amazing and the quality of work is even better. My nails always look better than the reference photo! Shana is the best. She does my nails every time. I’m not sure I have the spelling of her name right.
