I got my nails done with my roommate and one of our friends. All three of us got manicures and pedicures. Our friend got gel, my roommate and I didn’t.

My roommate and I nails are AWFUL. My lady said my nails were too short (I have to keep them short for work) then paints them without cleaning any cuticle or anything. Literally an hour after we got them, my nails and my roommate nails have already cracked multiple times and chipped. They look like a 5 year old Painted ours. But, out friend who got gel, hers look AMAZING. I understand we didn’t pay the same, or get the same service. BUT, they should still look professional, not like a 5 year old did them…

Staff was very unprofessional. Stations were not sanitized between clients. I asked for pink and white ombre nails. The ombre was not blended well. My nails are uneven and different lengths. I am very disappointed. I paid $125. My pedicure was supposed to be $35 (honey one). I got gel polish and it went up to $55. My nails were $60. I am guessing $10 more because of the ombre because in the book it was priced at $50 for pink and white. I did tip, but I am highly dissatisfied. I will never go to this salon again.

I can't go here again. I told myself "one more chance" because the owner is friendly. He is the worst one to do your nails though! My acrylic nails experience for the last time.... He watches his show on his phone, didn't remove the cuticle, told me "we won't take too much thickness off the nail"...the nail is so thin it's painful. The acrylic (which usually lasts for 3 weeks) was breaking and popping off within 3 DAYS due to not being properly prepped before application. Not to mention when I went to work people literally thought I did them myself like an experiment. ???? LITERALLY looked like I did them myself blind folded. The pedicure is always such a pleasant experience here tho, so I thought I would give ONE MORE shot. Nope. Out another $120 and had to come home and do my nails myself. Such a nice guy but doesn't care about his work. Nails are too expensive and there are too many good places in town to ever go here again.

What I asked for, verses what I got.These pictures are from the same day that I got the full set / gel manicure from Queen nails. They look dingy, and are crooked.They aren't filled in all the way, & aren't even the same shape as the nails that I asked for. I have gone 3 times and have only had a really good experience once. That particular time my nails were EXACTLY what I asked for, and looked just like the picture I showed the nail tech. The only positive comments that I can come up with this time is that they were friendly, and the wait wasn't long at all. I give them one star for the quality of my nails, and the second star for the customer service. Unfortunately overall, I am not happy, and will not be returning.

I absolutely love this place! Angelina is AMAZING!!! I save designs off pinterest and show them to her and she goes above and beyond! They ALWAYS turn out better then what I show her!! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I have used this place for the last 4 times of having my nails done and they have been wonderful. Very professional and I love the way they do your nails. I do the nail dip and have never had an issue with them.

i walked in at 4, was seated & taken care of right away! i was hesitant because of the amount of bad reviews but they did amazing on my nails! it was my first time getting acrylic & i love them. the color was great, the length she cut was perfect, and the shape was great. one mail was crooked and the others shapes weren’t consistent but otherwise great.

Don’t let the guy do your nails. He rushed through and did a terrible job. They are too short, uneven, and look so bulky. I’m sick at my stomach that I even had to pay for this
