Quick Facts About Queen Nails
Queen Nails, based on the comments provided, has several weaknesses that can be identified. These weaknesses include poor quality of service, lack of customer service, high prices, inconsistent pricing, lack of professionalism, rude staff, refusal to honor gift certificates, and disrespectful behavior towards customers. These weaknesses greatly affect the overall reputation and customer experience at Queen Nails.
One of the most common complaints is the poor quality of service. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome of their nail services, such as poorly done toenails, aggressive treatment, and nails that easily break or chip. These comments indicate a lack of attention to detail and skill by the technicians at Queen Nails.
Another weakness is the lack of customer service. In several comments, customers have mentioned the lack of professionalism and rudeness exhibited by the staff. Customers have reported being ignored or argued with when requesting specific services or prices. This creates a negative and unwelcoming environment for customers, leading to a poor overall experience.
Regarding pricing, there seems to be inconsistency and lack of transparency. Customers mention being charged unexpectedly high prices without any explanation or breakdown of costs. The lack of clear pricing information adds to the dissatisfaction and frustration experienced by customers.
Additionally, Queen Nails has failed to honor gift certificates, as mentioned in one of the comments. This not only demonstrates a lack of respect for customers but also shows a disregard for customer loyalty. Refusing to allow customers to speak to the owner further exacerbates these negative experiences and indicates a lack of accountability and willingness to address customer concerns.
Furthermore, Queen Nails has been characterized by disrespectful behavior towards customers. Rude and disrespectful treatment, as well as embarrassing customers, reflects poorly on the professionalism and overall atmosphere of the salon. Such incidents have the potential to drive away existing and potential customers.
Despite these weaknesses, it is important to note that the strengths of Queen Nails are not explicitly mentioned in the comments provided. However, it is suggested that minimal strengths might exist, albeit not highlighted, such as a convenient location or a wide range of nail colors or designs. Without additional information, it is difficult to identify specific strengths of Queen Nails and its overall value proposition to customers.
In conclusion, the weaknesses identified at Queen Nails based on the comments include poor quality of service, lack of customer service, high prices, inconsistent pricing, lack of professionalism, rude staff, refusal to honor gift certificates, and disrespectful behavior towards customers. These weaknesses significantly impact the reputation and overall customer experience at Queen Nails. It is imperative for the salon to address these weaknesses to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

They did a horrible job on my toenails. Why can’t was all over my nails didn’t even cut my toenails fly too hard made my cure goes bleed. and made me pay $35. And we’re so aggressive with my toes.
The worst never again. Walk in ask for and gel pedicure and manicure and when she say she finished with the pedicure she going to tell me she can’t do gel do I want regular polish or go to who use to do it and get the gel polish I was so disgusted. there customer service is at a high 0
They was terrible my acrylic file down completely in different area around my nail. I got a pedicure and got white nail polish and I watch the guy who did my toes put acetone in the white nail polish to dilute it to make it last longer the next situation was there was never a price of how much an item cost they charge me $141 to get my nails done and my husband and my feet done. Today is the day before Christmas and my nail polishes already left and then I got my nails done on Monday before so that tells you it’s already peeling now also have a split on my big toe and it will never go there again I recommend no one ever goes to this place this is the second time I’ve been there and it’s still years later is a terrible place to go go
I went to this nail shop on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving day one for the nail pop right off could not go back because they was close, by Friday 3 nails had done pop off.. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS PLACE VERY VERY BAD
Walked in asking for heathy nails and they told me they didn’t do them and referred me to “pretty nails” down the street. When I asked if they do Acrylics she ignored me and the other lady was shaking her head no because she didn’t want to do it. That’s alright I’ll take my business elsewhere to a company who wants to actually take my money ???? I can’t believe the laziness these days
I don’t even rate stores but today I received the worst possible service, the lady and the guy were trying to argue with me and my sister about their own prices. It was just unbelievable, then they told us to “get out” and that they “didn’t want to do it”. I’ve never been to a place like this. They were so rude, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Queens Nails in the Sable Palm Plaza must be doing great. My friend was told the remaining $25 on her gift certificate is void due to being recently expired. I explained to the lady that my friend and mom spend hundreds of dollars a year there and that to honor those $25 would be a customer service that would keep the revenue flowing from our family. She said that if we wanted to take our business elsewhere that is fine and refused to allow me to speak to the owner. I guess that's the state of the market these days. Over $25. Smh
Amanda is very rude and disrespectful, this lady basically embarrassed me because I asked her for two chairs so that my kids could come inside and sit down. I always thought that she was just joking around whenever she said certain things out of her mouth. That was very unprofessional of her. But for now on, after today I see that nothing was ever a joke. I’ve been going to her shop since I was a teenager I’m almost 30 now, but I knew I shouldn’t have went back after she tried to talk me into giving my food stamps in return of her doing my nails, and I always have the cash to pay her.
