They’re amazing. It took kind of long to get started with our manicures but they listen to what you ask and they take their time to make sure you’re satisfied with your nails. I cant wait to go back for my gel manicure. My nails have grown soooo much I’m so happy
Walked in on a Saturday afternoon with my mom we were quickly seated however the service was horrible. They didnt remove the cuticles, under the nails dirt. Yang kept getting up when doing my moms manicure, it delayed us 20 mins behind. When I made a comment she switched herself out with another person nqme Bao Bao. Horrible service, avoid here at all costs. I got a pedicure and the girl Sophia did a very quick job with the scrub and lotion and the color was a sloppy job. Save your money and go else where.
I really liked this place the first few times I went there but after my last set of nails I feel like they truly make up prices as they go. I got a pretty simple set of acrylic nails with gel polish. 1 color all around and 1 design on each ring finger. I always booked my appointments with the same gentleman William who I thought did nice work, he did but this set was not up to par. He applied the powder pigment wrong on one of my hands so instead of the chrome finish the powder was supposed to have it looked grainy and sparkly. I showed him a design it was a simple flame he was unsure he could do it with the powder pigment so I told him not to worry and do something he thought would look good. He ended up doing the flame which wasn’t the problem. The problem was the $95 they charged me for it. This was my second new set I had gotten at this establishment and it was $15 more expensive than the first one which was wayyy more complex with multiple colors and designs. The acrylic was laid way too thick my nails didn’t look natural at all, and I had asked him to keep my thumb a little longer than the rest of the nails and they ended up being huge. I won’t be returning here for the price it’s not worth it.
The most ridiculous priced salon ever. They charged 5 dollars extra for short round nails. Only square is in included. $30 extra for chrome. $90 total for a mediocre manicure. I would NOT recommend anyone to come here.
I am never going back to this salon! I have been going long enough that the owner should know who I am and I always make an appointment. Last week my appt was at 11:00 I waited an hour and when the girl finally came over she didn't even apologize for the wait which really made me angry. The owner is always impolite and very abrupt with me I have no idea why. The people who work there are constantly trying to upsell it is obnoxious and very dishonest about pricing. The place is beautiful but the service is ugly. What a Shame
Stopped coming here years ago because of rude service, decided to give it another try and it was beautifully redone, however Coco seemed very irritated she had to do my nails , she sat down and didnt say a word. She rushed through it and didnt do a 3rd coat on one of my hands when I tryed to explain that to her she ignored me so now one of my hands has a lighter color than the other. I asked to see what kind of sparkles they had and she automatically put silver sparkles on my finger without asking. Unfortunately won’t be back. Ashame because the owner Vivian is very nice. * Also when you call to make appt they dont even ask a name just ask a time and then they hang up on you *
WHATEVER YOU DO SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Not only did Annie leave paint all over my hands she wasn’t even going to clean it off if I didn’t say anything! Completely blotchy paint job and ripped my cuticles to shreds. DO NOT COME HERE! Annie should have her beautician liscense revoked!
I've been going here for years and loved it. Ever since the remodel it hasn't been the same. My nails are chipping a few days after I get them done and when you make an appointment they make you wait 30+ mins and you end up staying there for at least an hour and a half (sometimes even longer), just for nails. It's disappointing because I really enjoyed it here.
