Quick Facts About Divine Nail Spa

Divine Nail Spa has received a range of positive and negative comments that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. Taking these comments into consideration, some key strengths of Divine Nail Spa can be identified.
One recurring theme in the comments is the quality of service provided by the nail technicians. Many customers have expressed their trust in specific nail technicians, such as Ava, who consistently deliver satisfying results. These technicians are praised for their attention to detail, ability to replicate desired designs, and willingness to spend sufficient time on each client. The emphasis on providing the best experience and service is also highlighted, indicating that Divine Nail Spa prioritizes customer satisfaction and aims to exceed expectations.
The clean and friendly environment is another strength of the salon. Several customers have commended Divine Nail Spa for its cleanliness and organization. The fact that the experience is described as relaxing and enjoyable further reinforces the positive atmosphere created by the establishment. Additionally, the salon offers various services at reasonable prices, making them comparable to other salons in the area.
Another strength mentioned in the comments is the ability to fix broken nails for free. This shows that Divine Nail Spa takes responsibility for any mishaps and is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. The willingness to rectify errors at no additional cost demonstrates the salon's dedication to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive reputation.
On the other hand, there are also weaknesses highlighted in the comments that Divine Nail Spa should address. One customer recounts a terrible experience in which they were left waiting for a prolonged period of time and faced a language barrier. This suggests a lack of effective communication within the salon and a lack of attention to customers' needs. The incident of the technician leaving without explanation indicates a lack of professionalism and customer care that left the customer feeling irritated and unsatisfied. Addressing these issues and improving communication with customers and staff members should be a priority for Divine Nail Spa.
One customer also reported contracting severe toenail fungus after getting a pedicure at the salon. While it is challenging to determine the exact cause or responsibility, it raises concerns about the hygiene practices and protocols followed at Divine Nail Spa. Ensuring proper sterilization and cleanliness of tools and equipment is crucial to avoid such issues. Implementing stricter measures to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitization can help prevent any future incidents and regain customer trust.
In addition to weaknesses mentioned in the comments, it is worth noting that there were also some areas of improvement suggested by customers. One customer suggested offering beverages to customers, as they had spent over three hours at the salon without access to refreshments. This small gesture can greatly enhance the overall customer experience and make it more enjoyable and comfortable.
In conclusion, Divine Nail Spa has several strengths, including highly skilled nail technicians, attention to detail, a clean and friendly environment, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. However, there are weaknesses that need to be addressed, such as communication issues, incidents of unprofessional behavior, and concerns about hygiene practices. By focusing on improving these areas and addressing customer feedback, Divine Nail Spa can further strengthen their reputation and provide customers with an optimal nails spa experience.

Best TL Reviews

One of the only top tier nail salon in Sioux Falls! I’ve been going to Ava for over 2.5 years and she is the only nail tech I trust to do my nails. She takes her time, is thorough with her work, and always gives me exactly what I show her or want. They care about giving their clients the best experience and service which is why I will always keep coming back! They are the real deal and are always the first place I recommend!
Ava did an amazing job on my nails and was a joy to spend 45 min with!
Had a walk-in appointment the other day. It was great. Friendly and clean. I had the top package pedicure, and it was very relaxing. Exactly what I needed that day.
Absolutely wonderful nail salon, wonderful prices and beautiful work. Have fixed broken nails for free.
Able to do any design you want, usually!
I refuse to go anywhere else.
I have been to Divine Nails twice now.. the first time receiving acrylic nails, which all lasted until my next appointment.. (I usually lose 1 or 2!) The second time, I asked for Ombre, and the technician suggested doing dip powder. I had never had dip powder before, but they turned out beautifully! The service is clean, quick and professional and the space is clean and quiet. I would say prices are comparable to everywhere else in town as well. Will forsure be back for my next set.
My experience was terrible. I was supposed to get a pedicure, acrylic nail set, dipped in powder, and a manicure. I was part of a wedding party so we had prior appointments. I soaked my feet for almost 3 hours. They freshened my water 4 times. The first two times the water was luke warm. The language barrier is frustrating. The only good thing was when I finally got my pedicure started, the massage was great. But when she finished with that she told me to ‘wait here minute’ and put her coat on, grabbed her purse and left, I assumed to maybe smoke a cigarette. I continued to sit there for about 20 minutes. Finally I had to get up because I had been sitting there for hours. I used the restroom, awkwardly walked around a bit, then put my socks and shoes on. At that point I was so irritated that I was just done. Finally a different gal came over and asked if I wanted my toenails painted. I declined because of the irritation.
Edit to respond to owners response:
You did not explain that there was an emergency. You actually admitted to the remaining bridal party that you had forgot about me. You did not offer to assist multiple times. You asked me one time if I wanted my toenails painted AFTER I had gotten up, used the restroom, walked around for 20 minutes, and put my socks and shoes back on. I think you could work on your communication with customers and also employees. I shouldn’t have even paid for my feet soak for almost 3 hours. The experience was absolutely ridiculous and you know it.
Also, offer a dang beverage! I was there over 3 hours and parched as hell.
I called and made an apt after I had gotten my nails done somewhere else and was nit happy with it. They got me and in and fixed them and done the design I wanted..very clean amd organized place!! Very happy ???? thank you!
I got a pedicure here before a wedding and got severe toenail fungus weeks later. I had to have 3 toe nails removed. Safe to say I will never be back. Looks clean on the inside but they obviously are not cleaning there tools properly.
