Jessica is a not only warm and welcoming, but a talented stylist! She added highlights and gave me the natural look I was going for! I couldn't be happier. My teenage daughter (who does not trust anyone with her hair) liked my hair so much that she came in today to have hers done as well. She showed Jessica a picture and she she nailed it! Such a great job! Give Jessica a try, you won't be disappointed!

I am beyond impressed with the skill and artistry of my stylist Jessica. She actually customized my highlights to fit my hair cut and facial features. She has an incredible eye for dimension and I'm absolutely blown away by how natural my fantasy color looks. It's like I grew this purple hair myself! Not only is Jessica amazingly skilled as a stylist, her customer service is phenomenal. Hands Down one of the best! I have been going to Kelsey for almost 4 years now. I trust her implicitly. I am very picky when it comes to who can touch my hair and Kelsey is the only one. She has got an amazing special touch to hair. She is worth the wait!
This salon has a very comfortable feel to it and everyone there is loving and kind. I love walking in there it is a relaxed atmosphere and everyone there treats each other like family. You can actually feel the love and respect they have for each other. This is the only place to go as far as I am concerned!

I wish that I could give more stars. A few months ago I had Shannon cut my hair and she did a beautiful job. Recently my Mother was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer and after her second chemo treatment her hair started falling out. Shannon went above and beyond keeping her in good spirits while she shaved what little hair was left. She also trimmed and fit the wigs to her head and my Mom looked beautiful. Kelsey A. Is the best hair stylist ever! I can finally look forward to getting my hair done. I am not very trusting when it comes to my hair but I couldn’t trust her anymore! My hair is always what I want and she will do anything to make sure I walk out with gorgeous hair!
Shannon never ceases to amaze me. She's been doing my hair for over 10 years..and I've followed her over several salons and I'm glad to call Roots my home now. Shannon has a natural ability to turn my messy mom bun that hadn't been cut in a year...into something so beautiful. She is perfect with her color. She is perfect with her cuts. She is perfect with the love and respect she shows all her clients and staff. I highly recommend this salon to everyone. I also had the chance to have Lori do my eyebrows today (something I've only had Shannon do over the past 10 years)....and Lori's attentiveness to my needs and wants was impeccable. And my eyebrows look incredible! Thank yall for the love today...I needed it!
