A summary of this place is that it is a SCAM ???? they do not let you open the colors to find out if the paint has air or they do not match the colors. I bought some colors and two of them don't match at all, I had a hard time with my client, I lost money and now it turns out that they can't even change the colors, they prefer to lose customers before that. The customer service is terrible, the girls treat you very badly, they mistreat you. Apparently the owner must be the same because they can't even call him on the phone according to them for this matter, I don't understand it's illogical is your business, do you take care of it? ???? I leave you the color so you don't fall for these types of SCAMS!!!
Un resumen de este lugar es que es una ESTAFA ???? no te dejan abrir los colores para saber si tiene aire la pintura o no machean los colores . Compre algunos colores y dos de ellos no machean para nada, pase pena con mi clienta , perdí dinero y ahora resulta que ni siquiera te pueden cambiar los colores, prefieren perder clientes antes de eso. Pésimo es la atención al cliente las muchachas te tratan super mal, te maltratan. Al parecer el dueño debe ser igual porque ni siquiera lo pueden llamar por teléfono según ellas para este asunto, no entiendo es ilógico es su negocio, así lo cuida? ???? Les dejo el color para que no caigan en estos tipos de ESTAFAS!!!

De ser posible no daría ni una estrella, muy mala experiencia en esta lugar. Ayer mi hermana y yo hicimos una compra de casi $400, parte de la compra fueron alrededor de 8 pomos de esmalte para uña ( nada barato, por cierto), en la tienda no te dejan ni abrirlo para chequear la calidad, y tampoco advierten que no aceptan devoluciones. Cuando llegamos a la casa e hicimos uso de dichos esmaltes descubrimos que ninguno servía, estaban en mal estado todos. Hoy a primera hora fuimos a la tienda y no se pueden devolver. Sinceramente nos sentimos estafadas, ni que a uno le lloviera el dinero para que te engañes de esa manera. Ni mi familia ni amistades iremos ahí jamás nuevamente.
Compré esmalte de gel marca OPI ,me atendió Andrea muy amable pero jamás me explicó q no aceptan cambios ni devoluciones y menos q el top de la misma marca no termina de secar ,hay q limpiarlo con alcohol ,decepciona por completo no es lo q esperaba, por el precio del producto pensé q sería de mejor calidad
I have been a customer of Samaria for last few years and the customer service provided at is beyond expectations. The availability of their products and reasonable pricing always makes it my first stop for beauty products. I have visited majority of their stores and I can say the the friendly approach and willingness to help the customer is always on point with all of their employees. Even during pandemic time, they have been available via telephone to answer and help with needs. Thank you Samaria Beauty Supply!
Found everything o was looking for. Quality products. The service was super, all the employees were super aware of all the customers entering the store.

We got there at 5.30pm. the business closes at 6pm as shown on the website and on the door. They even opened the door to tell us the store was closed because they were told by the owner to close. I asked if there was any particular reason, only answer I got was that in the last hour they got zero customers.
Other customers were also complaining as they even called ahead and they were told the store was open.
This is not the way to treat customers!!!
This is the second time this happens (the website says open but the store is closed!)
You probably don't need our money, so better everyone knows it!!!
What a really bad services in this kind of the store, They don’t have the time at what time they close this store, I just check in the internet, and I came here because somebody recommend me that, but for sure I did the wrong decision. I buy an Iron for my hair, which it was the expensive one, I didn’t like it after I used for the first and unique time it feel heavy for me, I didn’t request the money, I just wanted to change it and they couldn’t because they just have three days to returned and u can’t even used!!! That’s funny, with a really nice face they just play with ur money!!! I will never recommend u this store.
