I brought my boys here for a hair cut. The first time was great. This is the second time coming I made a appointment for 4:00. Got there on time and the man told us to wait in the car he would come get us when it our turn. Sat an waited for 45 mins after our appointment why he took other customers ahead of us. I’d say they pick and choose who they show good service to. Will never come back and will continue to never refer them to anyone.
I think each barber is independent and I have only had Carlos cut my hair, so perhaps my review should be limited to my experience with him. Carlos is excellent and does not rush the cut. The attention to detail and quality are worth the few extra dollars more you pay than one of the chain barber shops. I always get more compliments on the haircut I get here than any other place. And while I have only used Carlos, I have watched the other barbers and they all seem to give great service and take their time to give a quality haircut.
This is a neighborhood barber shop and I will never support them again. My 12 year old nephew needed a hair cut and sat in there for 3 hours and no one bothered to work on him. then when I called to ask how much longer they told me 2 hours.I understand appointments come first but update you store front window to say on certain days 'walk in' doesn't apply. Yes, I will tell everyone I know not to support them around the galloway area.
Barber must have accidentally started to cut my hair. After I said none of the top just a taper. I get in the car and my hair is all uneven as if the barber made a mistake. I noticed she wouldn’t turn me to the mirror. Now I have to cut my hair low again and grow my fro back
Never EVER EVER again. I took my son for a haircut (1st time at this place) we arrived around 2:15pm as walk-in. We saw some people waiting but it wasn’t that bad, i asked how long approximatively the wait will be but The owner said he don’t know... so we signed in... if only I knew, after waiting around 1h, I saw some people coming after us and was told that those people had an appointment... ok... 2h after... still waiting (it’s now 5:15pm)... Since we’ve already wasted 3h of our time, we are PATIENTLY waiting. My only hope is that the cut will be worth. My tip: I guess make an appointment and don’t walk in. For my part, I’ll stick to the barber shop I know.
My fiance and my two sons (13 and 4) all get their hair cut here and they always do an awesome job, especially on my 4yr old! I recommend giving this place a try. I was very reluctant to send my 4yr old with his Dad here, but everywhere else I had taken him had messed his hair up, so I gave it a try, of course thinking they would mess it up because they didn't seem like the place that did a lot of kid cuts. But to my surprise, they cut it exactly how I wanted and it was perfect! Now he goes there with Dad and big brother every other week :-)
Gigi is the best barber, she has so much experience with cutting hair and will have a great conversation as well
I took my son there after going to Cookie Cutters for a year. I was nervous that they would not be patient or that they would mess up his hair but that was not the case. The female barber in the back did an excellent job! We will be going back.
