Always good food . Great value for money and a lovely setting.
Fabulous old building which was an agricultural college. Now has a Montessori school, artists studios, cafe, etc. Ample parking but some very narrow lanes. Lovely views all around.
You have to telephone in advance to book the hydro hub pool but it's definitely worth it. So warm, staff really friendly, careful social distancing and limited booking numbers. Different sessions from mum and baby to adults only. There is even a little coffee shop for a cuppa tea and a choccy snack after ????.
Fantastic place, I'm a support worker and go here on the odd occasion to support a person who gets an awful lot of freedom and relaxation from being in the hydro pool, which is very vary walk. I to do enjoy visiting enjoying the benefits of a hot swimming pool and the Staff are lovely and knowledgeable so so helpful towards all there visitors and a really nice bistro on site to. They do a mean Sunday roast but highly recommend you book.
This place is brilliant. It's a campus of sorts, with a lovely bistro (excellent food and cakes), a good range of accommodation, a beautiful setting - and it is accessible to everyone. They have lots of different events (went to a beer festival here once, it was ace) and exhibitions, and nice walks. Highly recommend.
