Excellent service, pipping hot tasty food was a very delicious breakfast. Staff are friendly and welcoming and very well priced, look forward to coming back for more food soon, next time lunch time. Highly recommended
SHOCKING... the worst service, miserable staff, horrible interior, the cheapest ingredients and smallest breakfast in a box ever. Actually tutted when I asked for cutlery. Used to be good and friendly, the new owners haven't got a clue. It must be a front for something else. Don't go there!
SHOCKING! After using the silver lounge for many years I popped in for a quick breakfast and now wish I had walked on by. The guy behind the counter looked as if he had not slept for weeks and was really disinterested and not helpful. We order two different breakfasts and after 20 mins he had managed to get them completely wrong. During the period 3 customers came and went there was no staff to help them. As for the breakfast the hash browns were over cooked on the outside and cold in the middle. The bacon was chewy and over cooked again aswell as the sausages which were lack of flavour and nothing but cheap. The toast was soggy and eggs were dry not runny. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! This was appalling. When asking about our teas the guy nonchalantly told us to make them ourselves with little regard of any hospitality or service and then I also realised I had to collect my own cutlery aswell. Real shame used to be a fantastic place to go for a good breakfast.
Absolutely disgusting, barely toasted bread with thick yellow margarine topped with congealed scrambled eggs . I told the owner I couldn't eat it , when I mentioned it was Marge not butter his reply was " did you ask for butter?" Also requested poached egg, when I queried that it was fried he insisted it was poached. Looked identical to the fried egg on the other plate of food we had ordered. I was not offered a refund or replacement ( not that I'd eat it) steer well clear would be my advice. The only good thing about it was the pleasent young man behind the counter.
ordered a few times from silver lounge now we use to visit regularly. this visit was the last. staff not helpful at all. didnt seem to understand how uber eats worked i had a call from them saying i couldnt pick up dispite me clicking pick up on uber eats i had to explain this. my husband then went to collect to realise they had made sandwhiches not rolls like we had specifically paid extra for. the staff then argued that we hadnt put rolls which i then sent proof to my husband and then showed them that i had ordered rolls. the lady dealing with it seemed annoyed that we had mentioned this and seemed reluctant to switch them into rolls. eventually resolved after alot of hassle and dispute. we have been coming to silver lounge for years. doesnt seem the usual bubbly freindly place it was when sonia ran it. you have lost a VERY loyal customer.
I love this place and try to return whenever possible. I have never had a bad meal here or bad service for that matter. I try loads from the wide ranging menu and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended. Great friendly staff and family atmosphere with activities for small kids.
A very nice breakfast and the staff were very polite and gave my son a free bottle of Fruit shoot. I will definitely be coming back. very good ????????
Really nice place , people who serverd us are very friendly and the toilets were clean, good seating area
