This suggests that the cafe offers value for money and is accessible to a range of customers. 3. Delicious food: Multiple reviewers compliment the food at Silver Street Cafe, specifically mentioning the English Breakfast and the vegetarian options. This indicates that the cafe offers high-quality and tasty dishes. 4. This indicates that the staff provide good customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. 6. Weaknesses: 1. Limited seating: One comment mentions that occasionally the cafe gets busy and there may be a need to wait for a table. This suggests that the cafe may have limited seating capacity, which could be a drawback during peak hours or busy periods. 2. Increasing prices: While the comment acknowledges that the vegetarian breakfast is still value for money, it mentions that the price has increased recently. This suggests that the cafe may need to carefully manage price increases to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Wheelchair accessibility: One commenter mentions that a member of staff refused to help with a wheelchair due to health and safety reasons. This implies that Silver Street Cafe may not be fully wheelchair accessible, which could be a limitation for customers with mobility constraints. 4. Locked disabled toilets: It is mentioned that the disabled toilets at Silver Street Cafe are locked, and customers need to ask for a key. This could inconvenience disabled customers and may need to be addressed to provide better accessibility and convenience. 5. Basic decor: Commenters note that the cafe has a simple and functional decor, with no frills. While this may be a matter of personal preference, some customers may prefer a more aesthetically pleasing or cozy ambiance in a cafe. 6. Slow food preparation: One comment mentions that the food took around 10 minutes to be served after ordering. While the commenters state that they were not in a hurry, this could be a drawback for customers who expect faster service or have time constraints.
In conclusion, Silver Street Cafe has several strengths, including its popularity among locals, affordable prices, delicious food, vegetarian and vegan options, friendly staff, and efficient service. However, there are some weaknesses to consider, such as limited seating, increasing prices, limited wheelchair accessibility, locked disabled toilets, basic decor, and slow food preparation. Overall, Silver Street Cafe appears to have more positive aspects, but addressing the weaknesses could further enhance the overall customer experience.

One of the best places to eat with the locals in Leicester. The price is good. When I visit Leicester I come here every time because I know I'm going to get a good meal and be around friendly people. The food is so delicious. I always have the English Breakfast. If your vegetarian or vegan you can get that here. The staff are nice . They make sure your meal is properly done.
I will try something else on their menu the next time I go here.
Went after stumbling across this place while looking for a decent breakfast. We ordered two medium sized breakfasts and really weren’t disappointed. Lovely meal, decent produce and piping hot. Will definitely use this place again.
廳餐佈置簡單實用,整潔衛生。
坐位不少,有時人客也多。
食物都是即點即做,味道又好,他的薯餅很好吃。
服務員十分親切,這家餐廳是一個不錯的選擇。
Always opt for the large vegetarian breakfast, although the price has increased recently its still value for money for the quality and quantity that's served! Fresh not tinned mushrooms served on the plate too. And the vegetarian sausage isn't a vegan version like most other places now serve. The size of the breakfast is filling and keeps you going most of the day!
Staff are pleasant and welcoming and service is quick. Always a busy cafe so sometimes you might need to wait for a table.
Recommended by a friend so I turned up here at 1015 on a Sunday morning. The staff were chatty and welcoming. I knew what I wanted so I ordered at the counter and sat at a table. My drinks turned up promptly and the food took around 10 mins. Bright spacious and starting to get busy but still quiet. The food was really good and it did not taste like it had been on a hot plate. I will be coming here again and highly recommend to anyone wanting a good breakfast at a reasonable price.
Very enjoyable breakfast, great staff, great value breakfast
Food was excellent, all cooked to order. Tuna salad amazing but couldn't finish it, too much of it and too much lettuce (but that's just personal preference).
Service good but a member of staff did refuse to help with a wheelchair (but I I'll overlook it that due to Health and Safety reasons)
Atmosphere good, busy most times. Disabled toilets locked, you have to ask for the key (but I suppose that's to stop the vandals)
Overall good
Proper 'cafe', no frills in decor just tables and chairs where you go up to counter to order food and pay (though whilst we were there there was a gentleman come in using a walker, so after the cafe assistant had told him about going up to counter to order food she realised this would be difficult for him so helped him to a table, gave him a menu and went back to table to get his order). Food wasn't fast at coming out after placing order, but we weren't in a hurry (quite a few delivery drivers in collecting for deliveries). I had ordered toasted cheese & onion sandwich which when it came was perfect. Done like the old days with the melted cheese literally holding the bread together and just enough onion in to taste but not overpower. Toasted perfectly too for me as not too 'toasted' but just browned and crispy as toast should be. Can't remember what Hubby had but it was something involving meatballs and he really enjoyed it too!...we both had can of pop too. served ice cold without the need for a glass....Smashing and the only way to drink my Diet Coke can.
