My daughter and I go for pedicures and she gets acrylic nails there. They are always friendly and funny and we have such a blast! Their prices are very reasonable!
When I went in for my appointment only one other customer was there so they sat me down right away. That was really nice but when the guy started doing my nails he seemed like he was in a rush and just slopped the nails and stuff on. then another woman walked in she was in a hurry and said if she had to wait she was going to leave so my nail tech decided to put me in the pedicure chair to soak my feet while my nails were not even half way done. I sat in the pedicure chair for a good hour my feet were prunes. my tech finishes with the other lady that had walked in and I’m thinking the tech would probably just do the pedicure since I’m already in the chair and then finish my nails at the nail station. Nope….. while I was sitting in the pedi chair he grabbed his tools and started working on my nails. He was standing on the side of me so my nails were not directly in front of him he was kinda working on them at an angle anyway he finished my nails. I was not happy with them. I’m still in the pedi chair waiting for the other tech to finish her clients nails when she finally finished she did my pedicure and it looked really good she took her time did a great job but at this point I was now in a hurry to get out and finish my errands. My nail tech did my nails and the lady’s that walked in and got them both done while the other tech was still working on the lady that was there when I walked in. She does a great job the guy unfortunately does not. My nails were a mess but my toes looked good. I don’t think I will be going back.
So it is unfortunate I am having to give this review which could have been five stars. First time I came in I had an amazing experience with Mindy nail tech. Pretty nails, hombre, coffin. A bit pricey but I still didn’t mind. Mindy was fun to chat with. Went back for a fill today and won’t go back again. First I had the appointment scheduled for a few days because I was leaving to Vegas after, she showed up 15 mins late and made me late. When her next appointment showed up she rushed my nails, left acrylic all over my fingers and didn’t even finish. Put one quick thin coat of gel which isn’t covering the sides of my nails at all. They still look pretty good right? Yes, if you didn’t ask for coffin shaped nails. To top it off, when I called to get the cost of the fill I was given a price, when I arrived I asked the owner again the price and it was the same, when I was paying I was told the same price, after I entered my tip and put my card in the machine, the owner yells out and tells the girl to charge a higher price. She literally changed the amount right there with my card and pin still in the machine without even saying a word to me. So I find out they upcharged me for the gel on my nails which I never asked for, nor did I even get gel, other than half a coat. Really disappointing and rude. With so many nail salons out there you would think customer service would be a priority.
SiSi Nail Salon was a great experience. I called ahead and made an appointment because I was going with a group of six women. The owner was very friendly over the phone and just as great in person. She was completely ready for our large group (although they only have 4 manicure areas so we took turns). I personally ended up getting a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Loved all three services! They spend so much time on the massage of the hands and feet. And did I mention how friendly the owner is!?! I will definitely be going back.
The first picture is what I showed ‘Tom’ I wanted. The picture on the right is what I left with. Not only did he hurt me with the electric nail file, five times, he did a poor job with the gel application, (which I didn’t even ask for Gel) He first tried to put on a sparkly pink, I told him I did not like that please do white. He pulls out a white color and proceeds to put it on my nails. When I tell you that this nail polish was probably three years old and in the worst condition, it was thick and clumpy and had hairs in it. As he painted it on my nails he pulled out little hairs as he went. I was mortified. I honestly wanted to tell him to stop and I would finish them myself at home. But I really didn’t want to cause a scene so I just let him finish. I still tipped him 10 because I work in the service industry, I would never not Tip. He would’ve gotten a very much larger Tip if he had actually done what I asked though, as well as if he would’ve used clean and professional looking products. I’ve also been in here before and had a bad experience but I tried to give them a benefit of the doubt and let them try again. Never again. Waste of $60 & my thumb nail broke this morning, by barely having any weight on it. Disappointed to say the least. I will be doing my own nails from now on

Loved this salon!!! I’ve been to a few since I moved away from my other one. These guys hit it spot on. They did exactly what i wanted, made my visit relaxing and were so nice. I will be back.
