Great service, loved my nails but they do need more help… I understand the wait time because I know there isn’t a lot of workers (at least the day I went) the lady was super nice and would make conversation which made me comfortable.

They were all very kind and respectful. I was supposed to get my nails done at a different place but they had to cancel. It was extremely short notice but they still did 2 sets of acrylic nails, I am very happy with their service and will definitely be coming back.

I have been to many nail salons and Kim is the only one that can ever get what I want right. However, I really wish they would go to appt only!!! With the limited, reliable staff that they have, taking walk-ins right before you have an apt scheduled to come in is only a recipe for annoyance from your clients. I have never spent less than 2.5hours and that's just for a fill and repolish.

Best place to go! Kim & Henry are the best!!! Dip nails last longer and Kim does an excellent job on nail designs!

Used to like coming here…they have young girls working who don’t appear to care about the job that they are doing. Don’t give much effort in providing services to you. Made an appointment for 2:45, didn’t get out of there until 4:30…. Won’t be going back

This was my 2nd pedicure at Spa Nails since moving to Webster City. I have been fortunate both times to have Vicky as my technician. She does an absolutely incredible job. I appreciate her easy manner and her attention to detail. I highly recommend her.
