Quick Facts About Starbucks Cobham DT
The Starbucks Cobham DT location has several strengths that contribute to its positive customer experience. Firstly, many customers appreciate the cozy atmosphere of the store, as it offers a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy their coffee. Despite being located next to a busy road, the interior of the store creates a sense of calm and allows customers to forget about the surrounding traffic.
Another strength mentioned by multiple customers is the quality of the coffee. Starbucks is known for its great coffee, and this location is no exception. The lattes in particular are highly praised by customers, indicating that the baristas are skilled in their craft.
The presence of a drive-thru is also seen as a strength of this location. It provides convenience for customers who are on the go and prefer to grab their coffee quickly without having to park and enter the store. Additionally, the drive-thru has regular staff who are known for their efficiency and attentiveness, further enhancing the overall service quality.
The availability of an electric car charging point in the small car park is seen as a positive feature, catering to customers who drive electric vehicles and promoting sustainable practices.
Some customers also appreciate the layout of the interior, which is divided into three seating sections. This allows for a variety of seating options and helps to create a comfortable and spacious environment. Overall, the cleanliness and quietness of the facilities are positively mentioned, indicating that the store is well-maintained.
However, there are some weaknesses that can impact the customer experience at this location. One of the major concerns raised by customers is the dangerous entrance and exit to the facility. The store is located next to a busy A road with a speed limit of 70mph. The slip roads leading to and from the facility are very short, making it difficult for customers to safely merge with the traffic. This poses a safety risk for both entering and exiting the store, and customers have expressed their concerns about this issue.
Another weak point highlighted by customers is the inconsistency in customer service. While some staff members are praised for their promptness, politeness, and positivity, others are described as unfriendly and rude. This inconsistency in service quality can negatively impact the overall experience of customers.
There have also been complaints about delays in service. Some customers have reported being forgotten at the collection point, resulting in a wait of up to 20 minutes. Although the staff made up for the delay by providing additional items, the initial oversight and delay in service were still seen as a negative aspect of the experience.
Lastly, customers have mentioned the existence of a pothole on the exit ramp that has not been fixed for months. This poses a risk to customers' vehicles and indicates a lack of attention to maintenance and safety.
In conclusion, the Starbucks Cobham DT location has several strengths, including its cozy atmosphere, quality coffee, drive-thru convenience, and available electric car charging point. However, there are also weaknesses, such as the dangerous entrance and exit, inconsistent customer service, delays in service, and lack of attention to maintenance and safety.

Really cozy Starbucks just off the motorway, once inside you forget you’re next to a busy road! They make a great latte :)
Please be careful when you drive in and out from the Starbucks. This place is on A3 towards London before Cobham and Weybridge exit junction .when you exit this Starbucks facility please extra careful because you join motorway imigatly and speed of vehicles 70mph apart of this place is nice and have friendly staff .EV charging facility is also available on site car park
Small Starbucks with a drive thru conveniently located on the A3 just before the Painshill Hill (Weybridge/Cobham) junction when travelling towards London. Small car park with electric car charging point. Friendly staff with well laid out interior in three seating sections. The facilities were clean, reasonably unused and very quiet as the location is relatively new and most trade appeared to use the drive thru. Coffee was served quickly and presented well in clean cups. Cheese toasty was hot but Cinnamon Bun may have been from the previous day.
Please be aware the entrance and exit to get to and from the facility requires care as you are driving on and off a busy A road with 70mph traffic and a very short slip road as it’s not a major junction.
I use this drive thru twice a week, probably for the last 2 years. Obviously you get the occasional cue but that’s to be understood however I’ve always felt the service could be more positive. Well today I was served by a lady called Alisson who could write a manual on customer service. Prompt, polite and upbeat. Great service today.
Ordered a good to go bag and was asked to wait at collection point. They left us there for 20 mins as forgot about us but they made it up to us by adding some extras in the bag. Great delicious food and friendly service .
The quality of the coffee is as usual with Starbucks very good, however the majority of staff are unfriendly and rude.
On top of this if you’re pulling in after a long journey expecting to use the facility’s, good luck. The store appears to operate by drive thru only most of the time. A positive is that the woods surrounding the store offer natures lavatory and good privacy.
Much improved recently. Some regular staff now who are fast, polite and attentive.
And they finally filled the pot hole of death on the exit ramp!
I use this one a lot and the quality of the coffee and service is absolutely fine, that'd get 4 or 5 stars. The reason for the low Star rating is due to the entry and exit slip, it's absolutely lethal. I can't believe this got planning as it's so short, you almost have to do an emergency stop in order to be able to make the turn by the end of the slip (seeing as you're coming from the A3 at about 70mph some times, and it's so close to the Painshill exit that people don't expect you to be slowing down and exiting before that junction).
Similar problem for the re-entry slip, there's barely any room to accelerate safely up to speed before the merge. You'd need a Tesla to do it safely.
And there's an ever increasing pothole that hasn't been fixed for months.
