No longer Starbucks, taken over by Costa Coffee.

When in a walked out , bearly any stock as hadn't had a delivery that day , so no back up stock , no sandwiches, very expensive looking at prices .

Wouldn't go back , the staff are like robots , they don't treat customers as individuals, it's just next ,....how can I help, no we haven't got that , do you Wang anything else .

I'm sure Starbucks have hiked their prices... Nearly 11 quid for a small Flat White, Hot Chocolate and 3 biscuits. The tables were nearly all unused but half of them were either taken up with empty cups or crumbs from previous customers. This was at 3.00 pm so not a busy period. Not impressed with this location at all

Went in there on Saturday afternoon and boy what a mess, food and spilt drinks over the floor, only about 8 people in there but all tables had cups and plates and half eaten food left so there was nowhere to sit. Staff seems more concerned on the way they look rather than cleaning the tables.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the 2 Starbucks' members of staff who helped me this afternoon when i felt light-headed and almost fainted. They were friendly, helpful and very professional whilst still adhering to Covid guidelines.

Can't believe how rude one of the staff was today. Two lovely staff on till service who were polite friendly and helpful. the brunette making the drinks... What a horror, slamming drinks on the bar shouting what they were without actually serving anyone. Almost throwing straws to drinks. Rude when spoken to and rude to the other staff. I felt embarrassed for her, other customers likewise remarked on her behavior.
