Arrived at 3:35 with 2 staff serving and one at the end writing something from her phone on paper. Took 10 minutes to order and then the one at the end of the counter went outside and started to bring things in to close I assume. The one making the drinks had to make one 3 times for the person 3 in front of me. The other behind the counter finally was able help after taking orders and they didn’t know where they were up to. Took another 15 minutes for us to get the first drink and then watched her remake the other two without measuring anything over the course of the next 10 mins. One of them didn’t have any coffee in it and I had to explain what needed to be done to get it made properly. The last one wasn’t right and had to be remade again as well. All in it took 30 minutes for 3 drinks and the flavour was not what we are used to either. Gone down hill since the changes have come along. The poor girl was obviously new but NO support. Appalling experience and not worth the money.
The service has improved here and is now quite quick. I used to avoid. I’ve been coming here for about 25 years
Newly refurbished store but most tables are still full of uncollected dirty cups, making store look shabby again. Needs to be a greater focus on keeping tables clean throughout the day.

It is a shame that the effort and expense made by Starbucks to improve the Wilmslow branch is now being totally let down by unprofessional members of staff, they were impolite and over casual. At least one member of staff sat on the counter chatting and fooling about with other staff and the one who served me neither said please or thank you!! Toilets were not clean and I think not checked. Not my usual comfortable coffee experience and I won't be returning.
Staff very helpful, but new lay out means seats on in the back of the care. A few sitting at a bar in the front.
Perfectly acceptable for a blonde roast flat white, but I always seem to get the dark-haired young man who is clearly unhappy working there, and I feel bad collecting my drink from him at the counter. I never know if he's spat in it or not ???? otherwise, fine.
Used to be really nice but the last couple of months I’m spending 5 pound on the Refresha drinks that are literally just WATER. That’s 5 pound for a cup of water. This isn’t a one off, this has been every single order for the past 3 months.
Do not waste your money like I have ????.
