Nice looking place,not so many attractions inside for the kids,but you can easily spent couple of hours,
I had a coffee which was alright,they offer few other snacks and hot drinks too.
The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the temperature inside the facilities,was cold comparing to others places,
We had so stay with the jackets inside and keep the kids with long sleeves all the time,no matter what activities they was undertaking.Thats why I am taking 1 star off.

Świetne miejsce dla dzieciaków. Mój wnuk ,który uwielbia wszelkiego rodzaju wspinaczki i place zabaw był zachwycony i z pewnością będzie Was odwiedzał częściej. Żałuję że w Skelmersale jest mało takich miejsc jak Wasze. Pomimo, iż nie znam za dobrze języka angielskiego bo pochodzę z Polski to obsługa była wspaniała ,a lokal utrzymany w czystości. Moja ocena to 10/10 tak trzymajcie. Pozdrawiam
First time was good. Felt sorry for the 2 girls because it only looked like there was 2 staff in. Tables weren't cleaned when we sat down we did have to clean our own table but I think that was just down to the number of staff they had working that day had their hands full which is fine as they were both lovely and polite ladies. I will definitely be back here as my kids loved it. Will sample the food next time. My boy had some strawberry ice cream which was a generous portion size and good value for money. All in all very good play centre we will be back. Only gripe is the amount of tables that needed cleaning and empty bottles and litter on the floor but I could see they looked short staffed that day so I guess it will be cleaner when there's more workers on shift.
My daughter had a nose bleed and Donna was incredible with her she was very caring and is worth her weight in gold ❤️ thank you Donna xx
i come today with my daughter just turned up they was full and all tables was booked up, the lady found me a table that people never turned up for the staff a very friendly and ready to help if needed. thank you for not sending us way xxx
Great place for kids of all ages (even adults) lovely staff and very clean. Some of the baby/toddler things need a bit of attention as they are old and a few bits are no longer working like the fish tube and light screen in the sensory area and the fan which blows the ball pool balls in the air in the unders 3s soft play area. But apart from that no complaints :) just a bit of tlc here and there needed. ????
Kids love going few hours out. I know the prices off inflation on everything has gone up but the prices on food especially kids is absoulty shocking.
Play area is fine - kids enjoyed that aspect of it.
Seemed clean, too.
However, they're the only perks to the place.
Had to return our order three times, due to it being wrong on three occasions. Each time, bringing out the same things we hadn't ordered.
Asked for a refund in the end - we had paid on card but was not offered the refund back on the card, instead we were just given a cash refund.
No apologies from staff, regarding wrong orders either.
Staff have very poor customer service.
When we were leaving - my five year old Son was stood by the gate waiting for myself, my friend and her Son; staff opened the gate and allowed him to leave on his own! Again, no apologies for that - and to be fair I don't think they even acknowledged what they'd done, as they were all very inattentive in general.
First and last time coming here - would not recommend at all.
