Had a donner, chips and salad from here and the salad consisted of 5 shreds of lettus and a few bits of cucumber
I often attend between or after lectures at university. Since my first trip to Stoke 4 years ago I’ve loved this little chippy. The staff are a great chat and the prices are amazing; although the lack of card reader is a tad annoying for those in a rush, but there is an ATM a stone’s throw away. The cheese and curry sauce they use is immaculate! No obvious downside to the food but a star is dropped for the mixing of scraps into chips, which is bad news for those avoiding batter ingredients.
Best family run fish & chip shop in Staffordshire (and we've tried most, if not all). Lovely Steve and his wife & sis in law, are always a pleasure to talk to - they even remember your face, order and are always the friendliest.
Great quality fresh fish, thick chip shop chips, as well as a large menu of chicken, pies, doner, burgers, sausages etc. Extremely generous portions, tasty food for an unbeatable price!
Definitely the gem of Stoke. :)
Good food, really decent price, nice people

Amazing FISH AND CHIPS ???? need i say more? The pictures tell it all!
Wow just had 2 small fish for price of large, absolutely top quality loads of mushy peas and great staff. For me thats the best chippy in stoke on trent barr none.
My girlfriend "discovered" this great chippy one day when she was coming home on the train, as it's about a one minute walk from the station. We've not been to another chippy in Stoke since: the quality of the food is brilliant and the portions are enormous. Best in Stoke! Also, the friendly service is just a bonus.
