Enjoyed my first egg nog latte of the season. Didn't have to wait too long and seats available.

I went into this particular star bucks (Fargate) it was sooo dark and uninviting.. The staff were good, however I felt less chat with one another and more action was needed..

Could do with a variety of different blends of coffee. I asked about Italian blend which produced some blank faces. You would think that a coffee shop would know what blends of coffee they do! Other than that it was great.

The staff are nice and I can’t fault them but they’re way too slow at making your drinks.There was only 3 peoples orders before mine and they had 4 staff making drinks but it still took 16 minutes for a latte.

Great service and such a choice range of lovely coffees and flavours to add. Either way the latte and hot chocolate are worth paying for especially as a warming treat!

Chaotic. Half the hot drinks and food out of stock. Orders being put into collection area with no names called meaning people with same items ordered fighting to take. Not sure if lights damaged but very dark inside. A poor example for Starbucks.

Food was appling, gave me a half heated breakfast wrap with spinach (didnt know that comes with breakfast wrap). The dough was extremely soggy and tasted undercooked. Coffee was far too sweet and bitter.

Friendly staff with good coffee and despite the central location, they have decent amount of seats due to its second floor. They should clean the tables more often, though.
