Nettes Personal und ein Drive In
Great to have a Starbucks in Leven, especially as it has also has a drive through for customers just driving along the Fife Coastal route. It has also installed cycle racks for cyclists passing by.
Plenty of free parking if you want to sit and relax inside.
This branch has only just opened so it was lovely and clean and tidy.
The service both inside and the drive through was quite slow compared to London branches but hopefully that will improve when they have been opened longer and the staff are more experienced.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I would normally have their fruit bread with my Earl Grey tea but as they didn't have any i had their banana loaf which was very dry and didn't really taste like banana loaf but more like walnut cake but still too dry.
Second visit much better, they are now using china mugs instead of paper cups (because of covid restrictions, no china was allowed) and they now have their lovely fruit toast.
Cinnamon swirl and café latte. Lots of space between tables. Open till later than costa. Easy parking outside as well as drive thru. Bathrooms are clean, lots of space as well. First time sitting in, would do so again.
First time at Starbucks in Leven what a disappointment. Tables and seats were dirty. Toilet needed a good clean poop on the seat and toilet roll dispenser. Staff appeared clueless. I want be back
Thu 6 Jan, in the evening I visited the drive thru and ordered a hot caramelised macadamia oat latte, the barista she was very friendly and funny, and the drink was really nice !
Staff do their best but girl just on herself.Gobsmacked to get to the till and be charged £38.23 for 4 drinks and snacks?!Still trying to find out prices.Know cost of living gone up but that was just insane!!
Very poor. I was the only one waiting to be served and waited about 10 minutes because the two staff members just kept talking amongst themselves and serving the drive throughs. Won't be back
So odd parking, main entrance and drive through allocation and I was very disappointed they're out of Eggnog before Christmas.
Other than that it's OK.
