Sorry but there service wasn't good at all... the young lady that served us seemed preoccupied with something else! She seemed away with the fairies.. She wasn't rude or over friendly just meh! The girl that made the coffees did a good job though so wasn't all bad..
This Starbucks has officially gone to the dogs. Absolutely awful. Was always really good. Last few visits have been awful. The staff evidently can’t do their jobs so please help them to get it right. When you order through drive through you have to repeat your order when you get there. Last time I paid for syrup and didn’t get any, time before that I was told it would be half an hour wait because they had to mop up first. Come on guys, sort it out!!!!
Cannot believe that at 11.30am they had run out of tea! Staff wearing state of the art headphones but our national drink not available. Also not very apologetic or friendly. I definitely won’t be returning!
Don't go here if you actually prefer tea - 3 visits with friends over several weeks & no regular tea available, only herbal. So whilst my friends drink coffee, I sit there with nothing. Yet on the same site there's a shop which sells tea bags plus 3 supermarkets only minutes away. Really?? Think they need a new manager!
Didn't catch the name of the young lad serving us in the drive through, but we ordered a double choc chips frap with coconut milk, less ice and no cream. when we drove round he asked us to repeat the order, proceeds to use regular milk and asks us agin if we want cream so we tell him for the third time no. also luckily my mother isn't lactose intolerant but just prefers coconut milk but if a lactose intolerant person asked for this drink and got regular milk it could hurt them.
First time ever . I normally give great reviews you can check. But the service was grumpy and slow. My coffee tasted like hot milk. to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Maybe I was unlucky.
Only 2 staff on site and preference given to drive-thru customers. At one stage in my 10 minute edit to be served, I considered jumping in my car and driving around to the window!
The tables weren’t cleared, the toilets were filthy and there was no toilet roll - was this also the responsibility of the 2 members of staff?
If a member of staff was sick, they should have plans to replace them and not expect 2 people to do everything. Given one star for the friendliness of the guy who served me, who apologised for my wait.
