This place is so sweet. I placed an order here by accident & wasn’t able to collect it on the day. I called up to say not to make it or give it away, but they offered to make it for me on another day! ???????? much love to the staff for that.
The place itself is very clean, & conveniently located near a bus & train station so it’s easy to get there. And I didn’t have to wait too long to get my coffee. Would defo recommend if you need to quickly grab a drink. (fyi: It’s more of a to go Starbucks cafe branch than a sit in)
Had a really great experience here - in particular a girl in hijab was so welcoming and friendly, and made my latte just the right temperature! Will definitely come back here.
Hmm, not the most welcoming coffee shop. The door had no handle so trying to open it was a pain! Only a few tables available, not because of customers but, signed as unavailable, no obvious reason why.
Was served by the lady working at the bar (4/04) - 3pm was very patient with my order, great customer service!
No hospitality whatsoever. As a previous hospitality manager I was furious how hostile the lady selling me coffee was. I didnt scan my points before paying (I got it my bad, Im only a human as everyone of us but...) so she did not even want to offer me other option instead said that if I want my points I need to pay twice. First of all she did not even ask a manager for help, as I know well that you can easly refund a customer & make a transaction again. Instead she left me without the option bossing around & saying "move back" to make space for another customer. Like seriously? Btw. If I have this loyaltly account scheme that means Im regularly coming back to Starbucks cofffee, not to Costa, Nerro or any other but STARBUCKS. Hospitality is about being one step ahead & making all you can do to make your guest happy. If you dont want to do that go work as a cleaner or in construction, to any carrer with minimal customer interaction. As simple as that.
And that was start of the day at 6:30, so that situation spoilt my day.
Staff great. Small inside with about 12 seats so not sure how this place is during busy periods but plenty of seats at 7pm Saturday.
