0 stars if I could. Didn't listen to order and made my drink with normal milk and I'm allergic. Didn't write on the cups so me and my colleague had our drinks mixed up. Asked for them to be remade and got very snotty response and poor customer service with once again nothing written on the cups.
Omg what can I say absolutely amazing store. I use the drive thru everyday so much so that the staff know my car, greet me by my name and know my order without me having to ask. Super friendly staff especially Ben, Eirren, Meghan and Maeve. These 4 members of staff go above and beyond to make my daily visit great. They know exactly how I like my coffee and it is delivered to my car window perfectly with a smile. Thanks guys you are amazing xxx (see you tomorrow for my daily caffeine fix).
I'm really hoping they just had a really bad day but they basically had nothing at this starbucks. I saw the brown sugar latte they told me they were out of it so I wanted a caramel latte which they also told me they didn't have any. My sweet mother in law wanted a coconut milk latte and they also didn't have coconut milk. The girl that was helping us was nice but didn't pay much attention. We said we'd like to eat in and she gave us all our stuff packed to go while everyone else had a plate or a mug. When I tried paying with my Starbucks app they said they didn't take it because they were a licensed store but the whole building said say starbucks it wasn't like it was a walmart and there was a starbucks inside. The entire building was a starbucks. When I went to go to the restroom there was no toilet paper so I informed them. They also said they were out of toilet paper and put in a pack of paper towels.
I enjoy Starbucks. The staff are friendly and I feel like home when I'm here. The staff know what I'd order. So glad I found this Starbucks in Belvedere Road, Lowestoft. Love it❤️????
Service slow only 1 person serving when we went in. Tables and chairs dirty and the floors. Need more staff available to keep areas clean and make service quicker
I would have given zero stars if i could this outlet is awful. Staff very unhelpful and just don't care drinks given that are incorrect and not what asked for. For those of us lucky enough to have a blue light card i was told last weekend that i couldn't use my blue light and get the points on my Starbucks card. This is a lie because you can at all the other Starbucks I have been to . They also have a habit of ignoring you if you choose to go in rather than drive through as they give priority to drive through even when there are plenty of staff to cover both . You can't contact customer service because they don't respond and their phone lines are closed which ever days you try and contact them
It needs more healthier food options and choices for: vegetarians, vegans/ plant-based,carnivores/pollotarians, pescetarians, pescetarians/omnivores, polloLacto-vegetarians – eat dairy products but avoid eggs. Ovo-vegetarians – eat eggs but not dairy products. Pesco-pollo-vegetarians – avoid red meat but eat chicken and fish.
