Their food is nice, but just far too spicy even if you order mild/medium it seems like it’s hot or extra hot, it doesn’t feel like you’re eating a mild meal.

Ordered chicken breast burger today .. it was awful and it didn’t cook properly.. I called them and complained about the issue they didn’t even care about it and he was extremely rude he’s not even ready to accept their fault or asking apology he keep arguing with me… it was very rude poor customer service… they don’t know how to treat customers at all… never buy from them again.

Food is great - but it is can be very spicy even when ordering medium/mild. Something to bare in mind. But always fresh and tastes amazing.

Asked for medium flavour chicken and rice, i have never ate something so spicy in my life and im asian, waste of money as they can't take simple instructions!

It’s my fave takeaway ever. I worked at the hospital 7 years ago and have been coming here since then. I have never had a bad meal at all. The food is always fresh and never dry. Food is always hot and on point. I come all the way from Hemel just to go to Zax I love it that much,

Two price rises, in one year, have stopped me from visiting more, especially as the food and portion sizes haven't changed. At over £6 for a meal, there are cheaper places, just as close, where the food is just as good.
