so really loved the nails, my 3rd time here I believe. each time I get them exactly like the picture! only issue this time is a rhinestones keep falling. the very next morning I realized 3 we're missing. I went back and they kindly fixed it. a couple hours later I realize 2 more had fallen off. would think if I'm paying 90$ for nails the rhinestones shouldn't fall off, didn't care to call again for a fix since it takes time and gas out of my day to make trips to the salon. all this happened within 24 hrs of getting this set.
I’ve been getting my nails done for 16 years now. While I might be younger than the females working here, as a paying customer I deserve respect. I arrived to my appointment on time, with dip powder on my nails. Instead of removing my dip with a file, soak in alcohol, or drill, my dip was removed with an acrylic nail. Such an odd and uncomfortable technique. As the woman was removing the dip powder, she ripped off two of my real nails in the process. I was mortified. She assured me that she would put tips on those fingers to match the length of the others as I winced in pain. The entire time the woman who did my nails never listened to anything I said. My nails aren’t the color I wanted, nor the design, or length or shape. I tried to correct her mistakes multiple times but she didn’t listen. My nails aren’t awful, just not what I asked for. When I went to check out I was shocked to learn that the price was 62 dollars. All I got was dip powder with chrome. As opposed to my friend who got a full set acrylics with dip and a design and hers was under 50. When I asked the woman checking me out, she told me there was an extra charge for chrome and the tips. Horrified by this experience. I would never go back.
Its a good place but they rush the treatments unless you are getting acrylics they take they time and they are good.Went in for a mani pedi combo and it seem that my person was doing everything in such a rush, because the guy in the clipboard (I'm guessing the manager) kept coming over and rushing him . Instead of relaxing I was so tense he was going in so hard.
Fast fills by Moon. I was only going in for a broken but came out with all my nails done and broken nail fixed in under an hour. I was very impressed how quickly I was in and out.

Rami is my girl!! She never disappoints when it comes to design! These were on my natural nails. I love this salon! I have never had to make an appointment and I’m usually seen fairly quickly.
