I really like this salon I've been doing my nails for over a year, clean, friendly, you can do walk in eventhough sometime it gets busy but they do good on the pedicure, good massage, they take time doing it. And the nail I just do gel manicure its not great but they really last me about almost 2 weeks, impressed because any other salon i go never last me that long. So will keep going so far so good. ????
I came here for services because I was in the area and only needed a nail fixed and a change of color (gel). The Spanish girl who attended me had an attitude since the beginning but I didn’t say anything because I understand and maybe she was having a bad day. She then replaces the nail that needed to be fixed but it was crocked so I expressed this to her, she then without saying a word and having a bigger attitude pulls my finger towards her and removes the nail, she then tries again and looks at me and says “is this better now” first of all I AM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICES and I want them done right. Places like this are supposed to be relaxing, enjoyable, well that wasn’t my experience here. My message to you is, IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE. To the owner, You are losing customers because of the type of Customer service she provides. The salon in Haines city owned by the same owners is way better!!!!

The staff are phenomenal- katie is a star! Everyone is so friendly and they all do a great job. I haven't had my nails done in ages and they have made a repeat customer out of me already. Pricing is pretty standard, so it's a fair deal.
Got an ombre came out very good, beyond satisfied with it. Well filled and perfectly shaped! ❤️
Please don’t go here!!!! Horrible service the owner is a rude person who is just worried about over charging people !!!! She purposely send a older gentleman that couldn’t see to do my pedicure and he didn’t cut my nails or cut cuticles, no scrub or nothing and then she charged 65 for that service and was so rude about the whole experience horrible place !!!!
The worst costumer service off all time. When there the first time I waited for 45 not even a hello or will be with you soon. Literally 3 ladies walk in and get service right away and I’m still sitting there like I don’t exist well I walked out. Came a second time thinking let me give them another try well shame on me this time I waited for over an hour same treatment. The funny thing is they gave me eye contact but not communication and about four ladies walked in and got service and out and me sitting there, WTH is my money or green enough or am I to Spanish for them I don’t know but I will never go there again I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome ????
Lali, Katie and Andy are amazing. The ladies do beautiful nail work and art while Andy gives the best pedi in town! Highly recommend this nail salon!!!
