Quick Facts About T Nail Salon
T Nail Salon has a mix of positive and negative comments, highlighting both their strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, many customers appreciate the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the salon. They mention feeling cared about and appreciated by the staff, which creates a positive experience for them. Additionally, the salon is conveniently located within walking distance for some customers, making it easily accessible for them.
Customers also highlight the skills and expertise of some of the nail technicians. One customer mentions that they had only had their nails done twice in 26 years and was nervous, but the technician did an amazing job. Another customer raves about the deluxe pedicure they received, noting that the manicure was flawless and no shortcuts were taken. The efficiency of the husband and wife team working together is also appreciated by some customers.
Furthermore, customers mention that the salon follows safety guidelines and protocols, such as contact tracing, which is important in maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff. This attention to safety adds to the positive experience received by customers.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses mentioned by customers that need to be addressed. One recurring issue is the quality and durability of the manicures. Multiple customers mention that their nail polish started to chip within a few days, despite not engaging in any labor-intensive activities. This suggests that the salon may not be using high-quality products or providing proper sealing and application techniques.
Another weakness that stands out is the issue with inconsistent pricing. One customer mentions that they felt ripped off when their daughter was charged $90 instead of the expected $60 for a set of nails. This inconsistency in pricing can create dissatisfaction among customers and erode trust in the salon.
There are also complaints about rushed and subpar service. One customer mentions that their nails were done in just five minutes, causing disappointment as they felt the technician was rushing. Lack of attention to detail is also mentioned, with one customer noting that their nails were not properly sealed at the tips. Additionally, a particular nail technician, Tony, is specifically mentioned as providing a poor acrylic set, suggesting a lack of consistency in the quality of service.
In conclusion, while T Nail Salon has some strengths, such as a friendly atmosphere, skilled technicians, and a focus on safety, there are also significant weaknesses that need to be addressed. These include issues with the quality and durability of manicures, inconsistent pricing, rushed service, and inconsistency in the performance of certain technicians. By addressing these weaknesses and improving the overall quality and consistency of their services, T Nail Salon has the potential to provide a better experience for their customers.

Came here with a friend to get a mani and pedi. The person that did my nails literally did them within 5 minutes and I was a bit disappointed cause i could tell he was rushing and i noticed he didnt seal my nails on the tip of the nail. I understand that it was busy so I let it go. Later on in the day I noticed the color was starting to come off on the edge of my nail. I waiting exactly 15 minutes before I got out of the fan/uv light to dry your nails and made sure they were perfectly fine. Now 3 days later almost all of my nails have a really bad chip in their color. I don't even do heavy work. I've been off the past few days and I don't do anything labor intensive, so I'm kinda disappointed for paying $20 for a manicure that wouldnt even last a week .I'm disappointed and the only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 because they were pretty nice and took us in last minute and im not sure how my friends nails are lasting. I always get regular manicures done at other places and they at least last me a week before starting to come off. This place was just nearby and figured we would go cause of the good reviews. But I wouldn't recommend for a regular manicure ):
Guy was super nice, Had my nails done two times in 26 years so was nervous and he did an amazing job!
So great to find this place walking distance from me. Lily gave me an outstanding deluxe pedicure not to mention a hot stone massage included. Usually manicures I’ve gotten at other places are just ok, but definitely something to rave about here. No nicks or lumpy dip. They were efficient but no short cuts were taken to make sure my nails looked flawless. I think it was a husband and wife tag teaming my services and they worked well together. Sending my hubby next!
I went to get a pedicure and everyone there was very nice and cared about why I was there. I’ve had some very bad experiences in nail salons that caused me to stop for nearly 3 years but this will be my new spot. I love it
Super friendly. Made you feel welcomed. They followed all the contact tracing guidelines for your and their safety. My nails are beautiful and only minutes from home! Thank you!
Great family business. Best pedicure and dip manicures I have ever had
BEWARE:: my daughter went up there for a simple 60$ set of nails and the guy ripped her off and charged her 90$ ... 0/10 would recommend.. Unless you want to get ripped off
The worst short acrylic set I had done was the worst! Tony did it. Please don’t let him do your nails!
