Staff is very helpful. That is important to me. Instead of pointing or saying aisle so and so, she took me to the location of product. Good job

Definitely lots of inventory, but getting help was tricky. And on a warm Sacramento Monday the store was 80 degrees, probably to save money on utilities. But, bleh. Lots of wigs to choose from, but hard to figure out where they are below the display "heads", since the descriptions didn't correlate. And you can't try the wigs on apparently, which was the only time we heard from a staff member-letting us know from a distance away that you can't try them on. Maybe if they had a stocking you could wear before trying different wigs? Really can't judge how they look on you otherwise, and they have a no refund policy it seems. Asked two different people questions about how to proceed to check out (bring the wig and head with us?) and neither seemed to know but referred us to the front counter. The two gals at the front were nice enough, but tricky navigating their stuff otherwise, you're kind of on your own and can't try on wigs.

I paid $350 dollars for this lace front and this is how it turns out after 2 weeks it sheds bad and itchy , hella rough no matter how much juice it give it …

The customer service is good and the staff are very helpful. I used to go to kings all the time, but the prices continue to go up.

Everything, from wigs to hair dye to makeup, is all reasonably priced! The employees are all very respectful and seem easy going. One thing that I really liked about this store was one of the wigs I had chosen to buy was out of stock, so they offered the wig they had on display with 15% off. Plus they have a great selection of wigs to chose from, would definitely recommend this beauty store.

I’m always in the store buying wigs but this particular day that I bough a wigs they gave me the wrong one.Please when you buy a wig there make sure you check the numbers on the wig and the packets to make sure they match that was my mistake it won’t happen again

I came to this Kings Wig for the first time last Sunday. Very nice & big selection of everything.

The reason for my 3 star review is strictly based on one employee. Although some employees were very pleasant and nice, others were just RUDE.

I agree that the Rancho location has much more friendlier employees. If this location continues to be disrespectful & rude, I'm sure people are going to realize that, its quality of service over quantity of products & choose to go down the street to either Joyce's on Mack Road or Star Beauty on Florin Road. Both of these stores have amazing employees with professional and friendly customer service.

There's so much stuff in there, you can't hardly find anything! But the staff was amazing!
