Do yourself a favor & just go to Sally’s or some place else. Bought a wax which was overpriced but I figured let me help a small business out. Well I tried to return it because it was the wrong one, they said I couldn’t return it because it’s a “chemical” the return policy for chemical products is I can only return it in three days. The receipt doesn’t state that for the return policy it just says that wigs can’t be returned… also when purchasing they didn’t tell me that then on top of that I asked how was I suppose to know that they said I had to read it & pointed to the sign, I submitted a picture of this sign & how small that is. Also according to the worker they consider gel, hair products(which is 90% of the store) to be chemical products so these you can only return in 3days.
I have always enjoyed coming into this store for anytime I felt like buying a wig. You used to be able to try the wigs on but you no longer can do to Covid. I’m glad I chose well. This is probably my favorite wig and it was on clearance too for $12.99! You can’t beat that! Thank you UNI for your variety of wigs and hair products!
This store is wonderful. They have a juge selection of wigs and people to help you. Because if Covid, you can't try the wigs on. I was looking at one and the lady who works there told me no!!! Both my friends thought it was cute. We asked why the clerk said no, she said the short hair would make me look too old!!! I have been trying to tell my friends that for years!!!! Highly recommend this store if you are searching for a wig. Great prices too.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds!!! ???? Ocourse I didn’t know this when I Tried to return a wig I bought literally 10 minutes earlier. I Never left the parking lot. I was waiting for Chinese food next door. Opened wig box and lady gave me the wrong color. Not what I asked for. I kindly explained I asked for a different color And She is yelling at me and barely willing to look at me trying to convince me I asked for the wrong thing. I politely said “ma’am I don’t want to argue, I asked for the wig in a way I thought you understood. But clearly there a misunderstanding and I just need the correct wig a refund or store credit.” It was a $129.99. And they just said no refunds. Didn’t look me in the eye, didn’t offer store credit... NOTHING. They didn’t mention that when I was spending the money, only when I wanted the correct product. I don’t even understand the level of disrespect and disregard you have for peoples hard earned money DURING A PANDEMIC that you just don’t care to rob them of $130 without even TRYING to allow them to walk away satisfied or with the product they asked for! I did not ask for the color I got, and they had it well within their power to just switch it out and give me what I paid for and asked for. Why even argue about that why not just give me the wig in the color I needed?! It’s not like I could have worn it or damaged it in 10 minutes. These people are so money hungry, hateful and cheap they were willing to lose a repeat customer for chump change in comparison to what they could have made from a happy customer. Bad business people doing bad business. Furthermore, the product is a joke. I’m so disappointed overall that they would even sell this wig for so much. I knew I should have tried it on but that wasn’t an option in a Covid world. Decent humans who value customers and have compassion for hard earned money during a pandemic would have just shown some humanity in trying to correct their mistake.
Went to this hair store from out of town, the service was not bad but not great, the cashier began to speak in Chinese and looked at me as if I should understand, Little did she know I also speak Chinese took it up as a foreign language in college. As being a black woman who doesn't need extra hair I was very offended! I continued to make my purchase and parted ways by telling her good bye in her language. She smiled as if she was shocked! I will be looking for a better hair provider with well experienced associates that is willing to go the extra mile to assist customers without discretion of their decent.
Just left the store and bought a half wig I didn't really liked it once I got it home. I wanted to trade it for something else that was a equal price. The wig was never taking out the package original tags still on it and they say I can't even trade it for something else I would be more satisfied with smhd!!!! I thought you supposed to satisfy your customers? I guess not???? I don't see nothing wrong with trading something out if it has never been worn and still have the tags but that's my opinion.
