I love my hair. Booking the appointment was easy and the stylist was great. The shop is conveniently located and has good parking. There were only four people present; me, my stylist, and another client and her stylist. I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort while she was styling my hair or afterwards. And she finished quickly. I will def be back.

I used to go to Tos years ago, and decided to go back, I must say I was VERY VERY satisfied, she didn't have me I there all day, my braids were very neat and the atmosphere was great! Great location and I got many compliments! This will be my place to go whenever I need braids! I give this establishment 10 thumbs up!!!

I’ve been coming here for about 10 years and always love my styles. The shop is clean, the owner is professional and she braids super fast!

To’s does the best box braids in the Northeast. She is very professional and knows her craft well. Her shop is very clean and she’s always on time. She takes pride in her work and it shows. To top it all off she’s fast. The pic shows 72” braids, done in three hours, she’s fantastic!

I am disappointed with this business. I was going back to Tos month after month. I remained a loyal client (even though her prices kept on going up every single visit with NO warning or even care for client loyalty). For large box braids, it started as $180. Not including tip I would give her. Next thing I know, her prices kept going up each and every time I went back to her FOR THE SAME SERVICE. Reluctantly; I stayed with her because there’s not a lot of braiders nearby that can squeeze in on shorter notice. This woman does not even wash hair, nor provide good quality braiding hair, yet she prices ridiculously. The last time I inquired about large box braids, this woman had the nerve to tell me it would be $260! ….. when I questioned her prices; she didn’t even have an answer for me. How can a business owner operate like this? It’s mind boggling. Her shop is dirty and unwelcoming. She doesn’t even play music or have a nice setting. She just sits there blasting her sitcoms on her phone at high volume right next to my ear the entire service. The only thing that kept me going back to her was how fast she braids. But otherwise, you have to basically tell her to make your parts straight, and listen to her complain and find ways to raise the prices unreasonably. If you bring in braiding hair that is only a couple of inches longer than the hair she “provides”, she will be rude and hike the prices up at least $40 for such a small amount of extra length. The nerve. Her attitude sucks, and it’s a shame.

Do yourself a favor and save your money. She has no care for loyal clients. She swindles you out of money and expect tips on top of her ridiculously overpriced services. So disappointed, but I refuse to be taken advantage by her any more.

Excellent service, it was my first time here I called today and they got me in today and I didn't have to wait. Shop is clean , these ladies are nice and lovely. They arent over priced and my hair is marvelous. I will be a returning customer ☺️

I got my hair braided at this shop for the first time and it was great. I chose the shop because it was local and clean. My stylist was on time for my morning appointment and she was professional, quick and my braids are very neat. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.
