Quick Facts About Diamond Nails

Diamond Nails has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Starting with the strengths, customers appreciate the luxurious amenities such as massage chairs for pedicures. This shows that the salon prioritizes customer comfort and relaxation. Additionally, customers note that the salon does not have the typical strong smell associated with nail salons, making it a more pleasant environment.
Another strength mentioned is that the prices at Diamond Nails are reasonable. This is important for customers as they want to receive quality services without breaking the bank. Reasonable prices make the salon more accessible and appealing to a wider range of customers.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one significant issue raised by customers is the long wait time. Waiting 2 to 3 hours for a manicure and pedicure can be frustrating and inconvenient for customers, especially those with busy schedules. This could deter potential customers who are looking for a quick and efficient service.
Several customers also mention negative experiences with specific technicians at Diamond Nails. Rude and hurried service is a common complaint. This inconsistency in service quality can be a major weakness for the salon as it affects customer satisfaction and their likelihood to return. Customers who receive poor service may also share their negative experiences with others, potentially damaging the salon's reputation.
In addition, customers report issues with the quality of the services they received. Complaints include rough treatment during manicures and pedicures, resulting in discomfort and even injuries. Customers also mention that their nails did not turn out as expected, with uneven filing and poor nail designs. These quality issues can significantly impact customer satisfaction and their willingness to return to the salon.
Another weakness identified is the high prices charged for services. One customer mentioned being charged $176 for a "gel" pedicure and manicure, as well as a full set of acrylics. This price seems excessive compared to the perceived quality of service, leading customers to feel ripped off. High prices without the corresponding value can deter customers from returning and discourage potential customers from trying the salon.
Lastly, a customer recounts a negative interaction with the owner of Diamond Nails. The customer experienced rude comments and laughter directed towards her short nails. This demonstrates poor customer service and a lack of professionalism on the part of the owner. Such behavior can drive away loyal customers who have been patronizing the salon for years, eroding customer loyalty.
In conclusion, Diamond Nails has strengths such as luxurious amenities, reasonable prices, and positive experiences with certain technicians. However, the salon also faces significant weaknesses including long wait times, inconsistent service quality, issues with service outcomes, high prices, and poor customer service from the owner. These weaknesses can have a substantial impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and the salon's reputation.

This place will blow you away. Massage chairs for pedicure. Doesn't smell like most nail salons. Prices are reasonable. The only problem is you need to be willing to wait 2 to 3 hours for manicure and pedicure.
This was my second time going to this salon. The first time I went I had a younger gentleman, very kind, gave me a great pedicure and honestly my polish lasted longer than ever before. However tonight was a completely different experience. The lady (I think Sheila?) was so rude and in a hurry. I wasn’t there 30 minutes. The worst pedi I’ve ever received. She was slamming my foot in and out of the water. She cut so much of my actual skin that I almost cried! She said it had been too long since I had been in. Literally chunks of skin cut!!! Polish job was terrible. Nothing about it was enjoyable. ???????????????? mama just wanted to rest her tired feet and now I’ve got a new injury to take care of! I will never go back to Diamond Nails! ????
My daughter and I visited Diamond Nails today for the first and last time ever. I usually go to It's A Perfect 10 in Greenville because they're amazing! However, I was pressed for time today and couldn't make it to Greenville. Let me start by saying I ONLY gave a rating of 3 stars because of Susie who was the technician that did my nails. She was thorough and amazing - very friendly and did a great job! However, as you can see from the photos - the male and horribly rude lady that took turns doing my toes (weird enough that I didn't have ONE person for my pedicure) did a HORRIBLE job. Not only do my toes look terrible, but the same woman did my daughters nails and not only filed them so much and hard that they are uneven on the sides AND she hurt my daughter. I did not get her name but anyone could recognize her by the horribly hateful look that remains on her face at all times. On top of the terrible experience (EXCLUDING MY EXPERIENCE WITH SUSIE), we were seriously charged $176 for a "gel" pedicure and manicure, and a full set of acrylics!!!! I will never ever go back to that place
So I wasn't going to do this until I got up this morning with my hands literally so itchy and painful. . Do not go to Diamond Nails in Greenwood. I went yesterday to get a fill in because I normally go to Cici's but they are closed on Tuesday. I will never make this mistake again????. Yesterday I was not happy with the overall way my nails came out because the design is jacked and they are lumpy. The lady burnt me with the grinder thing on at least 2 different fingers because she was looking around the salon instead of at my hands while she did it. Last night my left ring finger was really swollen so I soaked my hand in Epsom salt water to see if it would help. This morning I woke up with both of my hands itching so bad and about 6 of 10 fingers have either a rash or swelling around the cuticle and bottom side of my nail and finger. I literally want to scratch my own skin off!
Wow what a rip off. 20 minutes for a deluxe pedicure and it wasn’t even busy. No massage at all, the technician just splashed some lotion on and wiped it off. Please don’t waste you time or money.
Painful service my nails look nothing like what I asked for. Will not be returning or recommending.
I have been a long time customer but will not return. My fav tech there did my pedicure and did a great job as always. She asked if I wanted a manicure and I said, “yes”. I was taken to the table of the owner. She made a few nasty comments about my short nails and said I needed long ones put on. Then looked at the client she was working on and laughed. I sat there a few more minutes , and then decided I was not paying money to this rude woman. I did not want to make a scene. So, I got up to leave without saying anything. This woman came to the register and proceeded to scream out in her native language with a venomous look on her face. I paid for my pedicure and left. I will never go back there. I may not be the highest paying customer but I have given them my business for years. Rude!
My all time favorite place to get my nails done! They always come out so good!
