Quick Facts About Tamales Lilianas

Tamales Lilianas has both strengths and weaknesses as highlighted by the comments provided.
One of the strengths of Tamales Lilianas is the delicious food. Multiple comments mention the high quality and taste of their tamales, with one customer stating that they have the best tamales. The tamales are described as being a good size, with plenty of meat and a good balance of flavors. The cheese and Rajas tamales are also praised for being moist and soft, even days after purchase. The Chile relleno and champurrado are also mentioned as being delicious. This positive feedback on the food is a significant strength for the establishment.
The staff at Tamales Lilianas also receive positive comments. Customers describe them as great and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The homie feel and the comparison of eating at an aunt's house highlights the friendly and inviting nature of the staff. Good customer service is crucial for the success of any restaurant, and Tamales Lilianas seems to excel in this area.
Another strength mentioned is the atmosphere of the restaurant. Customers express a desire to visit again in the future and mention that the environment is clean and welcoming. The positive atmosphere contributes to the overall dining experience and reflects positively on the establishment.
However, there are also weaknesses mentioned in the comments that need to be addressed. One significant weakness is the parking situation. Multiple customers complain about the tight parking lot, making it difficult to find a spot and maneuver around, especially with larger vehicles. This may deter potential customers from choosing Tamales Lilianas, especially if they have to spend a considerable amount of time finding parking. Expanding and improving the parking area would help alleviate this issue.
Another weakness mentioned is the lack of indoor seating. This can be problematic, especially during extreme weather conditions. One customer specifically states that the outdoor seating under a hot plastic tent is uncomfortable, even with available fans. Providing indoor seating options or a more comfortable outdoor seating area would enhance the overall dining experience.
One customer expresses disappointment with the quality of the tamales. They mention that the pork tamales were dried, which was a total turn-off. While other customers praised the tamales, inconsistency in the quality of certain options is an issue that Tamales Lilianas should address. Consistency is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Improving the dryness of certain tamales would enhance the overall dining experience.
Lastly, the extra charge for debit or credit card payments is mentioned as a weakness. Although the fee is 4%, which may not be significant for most customers, it still adds to the overall cost and may deter some individuals from visiting or using card payments. Reevaluating the need for this charge or finding alternative payment options could help attract more customers.
In conclusion, Tamales Lilianas has several strengths, including delicious food, great customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. However, there are also weaknesses, such as the parking situation, lack of indoor seating, inconsistent quality, and additional charges for card payments. Addressing these weaknesses would help improve the overall customer experience and ensure continued success for Tamales Lilianas.

Best TL Reviews

I noticed this place when driving through and decided to stop by for lunch.
The parking lot is very tight with only a few spots and getting in and out was quite difficult because many people had large vehicles when I visited (long bed trucks, SUVs and Vans) however, as frustrating as the parking situation was the food was amazing and the staff were all great.
I ordered one if each tamale (8 in total) and I split them with my guest.
We also tried the Chile relleno which was delicious as well.
The tamales were $2.50 each which is about the average now but they were a good size (I'll usually be served a thinner tamale from other restaurants). The red and green salsas they provide were great too and I wish we would have been able to take some home.
For a drink we tied the champurrado which was also quite good.
The atmosphere was welcoming and I look forward to stopping by again some day in the future.
Was craving a nice Mexican breakfast its been awhile since we been here food is still great as ever
Food is good. Unfortunately we will not be coming back until they allow indoor seating. Only Outdoor sitting is available; under a HOT plastic tent. Available fans aren’t enough to cool the place down. Super uncomfortable atmosphere.
Service is great and the food is really good. They have the best tamales.
We are from Pomona California. We drove out to Liliana‘s. Some coworkers of my husband said their tamales were very good. We waited in line 30 minutes which is not bad. We ordered two dozen pork tamales. The meat was very dried total turn off plus we ordered one dozen cheese and Rajas those were outstanding they were moist soft even three days later they were still good but the pork one’s got to go somebody needs to up their game on the dryness. That’s the only problem Liliana has other than that clean environment parking is not that bad.
Three dozen tamales $100
I’m from the bay area and i made sure i stopped by to try this place for tamales. I liked the tamales they were a great size with lots of meat. keep in mind there is an 4% extra charge if you pay with debit or credit. also, the parking sucks it’s super tight but i was able to find a spot.
I come here every year to purchase tamales for Christmas. I was not happy with my purchase, the tamales were not savory and each year it gets worse. I return hoping the next time they will taste like the first couple of years when I began coming here. I spend over $200 on tamales, too much to not taste good.
The lines are always long with customers waiting to buy the tamales.
I will update my review once I return and eat at their restaurant to try the many items on the menu. Hopefully, it will be better than their tamales.
This place is great for the family, it has a homie feel like eating at an ants house but thats probably because of the staff very friendly, the tamales and champurrado are outstanding and the rest of the food is fantastic.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
