Gel polish peeled off in 1 1/2 weeks. Was charged $40 for gel polish on virgin nails with 2 stripes on each thumb. Feel really ripped off & will not use nor recommend them.
I have been going to Ten Perfect Nails for about 1 /2 years now and Vivian is the best that has ever done my nails. I have lived in Santa Barbara Ca for 5 years and no one has done as good a job as Vivian! I will continue as long as I am in the area she is the only one I trust to do a fantastic job!
My nails look like a child painted them. After a slight disagreement with the manager I only paid $26. I will never go back and I do not recommend.
This was an amazing experience! The pedicure was wonderful and the nail tech Vicky was absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful time and my toes look so cute!

I went in to get a new set of nails and the lady was nice and I was seen quickly as a walk-in. She had some conversation with me because I was telling her about my negative experience at a different shop. She was almost done with my nails and I asked for a matte finish. It seemed that the matte she was using was almost out and once she finished drying, it looked streaky and clumpy. I asked for a gloss finish instead because I wasn’t happy with the way they looked and I felt like she was passive aggressive towards me after that. Yes there was another person who just came in for nails, but I’m paying a lot to have good quality and think that the way she moved me over a seat to start the other lady just made me feel not valued as a customer. The artists are there to satisfy the customer and make sure they get what they pay for. She forgot to put a gloss over one of my nails and should’ve just told me that she didn’t have enough matte polish to finish my nails in the first place. I would’ve been fine with gloss if she said she didn’t have enough matte polish to finish my nails. I won’t be coming back to this establishment.
I have gone there many times before, years ago, but, got very busy with life and stopped getting my nails done. Called this morning so I could take my daughter in to get her nails done oh, they gave me an appointment within a few hours, and Vivian, did an outstanding job. My daughter took in a picture and Vivian copied it exactly how my daughter wanted her nails. By the way, it was for my daughters 30th birthday. Thank you Vivian, they are gorgeous!
