Strengths:
1. Convenient and relaxing experience: One customer mentioned that Tiffany's is their go-to place for some relaxation time. They enjoy meeting a friend there or going alone for a gel manicure and pedicure. They appreciate the relaxing atmosphere and the hot stone shoulder rub that is provided, which adds to the overall experience.
2. Cleanliness: A few customers mentioned that the salon appears to be clean. This is a crucial aspect of any nail salon as it ensures the safety and well-being of the customers. Having clean equipment and a sanitized environment reduces the risk of infections and other health issues.
Weaknesses:
1. Unhygienic practices: Several comments pointed out unhygienic practices at Tiffany Nail & Spa. Customers expressed concern over tools not being sterilized properly or reused without proper sanitation. This raises serious health and safety concerns as it could potentially lead to infections or diseases. Additionally, one customer mentioned that the staff member did not allow her to clean her bleeding wound, which further emphasizes the lack of proper hygiene practices at the salon.
2. Inconsistent service: Multiple customers complained about inconsistent service. One customer mentioned that different technicians applied the dip polish differently, resulting in different outcomes. This inconsistency suggests a lack of standardized training among the employees, which can affect the overall quality of service provided.
3. Poor product quality: Several customers expressed disappointment with the quality of the services provided at Tiffany Nail & Spa. Complaints ranged from nails breaking within a day or two, chipped polish, and nails lifting or cracking shortly after the application. These issues suggest poor product quality or improper application techniques, leading to unsatisfactory results for the customers.
4. Rude customer service: One customer mentioned that the staff openly discussed tipping and commented negatively about clients who didn't meet their tipping standards. This behavior is unprofessional and can make customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
In summary, the strengths of Tiffany Nail & Spa include providing a convenient and relaxing experience along with maintaining cleanliness in the salon. However, there are several weaknesses that include unhygienic practices, inconsistent service, poor product quality, and rude customer service. These areas of improvement need to be addressed in order for Tiffany Nail & Spa to provide a satisfactory experience for their customers.
Best TL Reviews
Went in Monday for a set of acrylics for myself and my daughter an a pedicure. Was talked into dip and extensions. I agreed the colors were pretty. I like my nails long at no point did they ay dip was not good for long nails. Monday night one already broke . Went back Tues to fix guy said dip no good for long nails u should cut down. Excuse me I like long nails…. they should have said that before I chose dip and paid for it. He made me pay 5 to fix it. Here we are weds and now there are 2 more broken nails. Never again. $55 nail should last more than 2 days.????????♀️ Never again
I'm never one to write a bad review. But I highly suggest not coming here. They have unhygienic practices. Will use unsterilized tools, re-dip finger in same jar they are using for both acrylic and dip manicure. The nails you ask for are not what you will pay for. An acrylic set is much cheaper than a dip set but they will charge you for a dip set. The nails are paper thin and begin peeling when you leave the salon. Save yourself 70 dollars and go somewhere else. Customer service was OK. She wasn't outright rude but she did have attitude. I will be upset if I end up with fungus from here.
My go to place, I meet my best friend there sometimes for some girl time or I just stop in for my gel manicure and normally the slightly fancier pedi for my aching feet. Always relaxing and topped with a little hot stone shoulder rub for a few minutes. On the spot me time is the best☺️????
I don’t normally write reviews, but I need to echo the concerns about how unhygienic this place is. Someone is going to get seriously ill. I went for dip powder this week. A man rushed through my appointment and was really rough with the file and drill. He cut me and I told him I was bleeding. I asked to wash my hands and he told me to wait. I thought he was clearing so I could clean and he just kept going. I again asked him to wash my hands. He said wait. He FINALLY put the sealant over my hands to stop the blood but only after he had used the makeup brush to drag over it. (If you see a blue handled makeup brush, that’s the one!) I’m now concerned about getting an infection. If he did this with me, I’m sure it’s been done with others. Disease can be transferred through even the smallest open wound. I’m shocked and how flippant he was and how he refused to let me clean. Will not return.
Tiffany's is clean. And for the most part they do a good job. I personally won't go back because a tip should be given based on good service. They come right out & ask for the tip. They loudly talk amongst themselves about clients that either didn't tip or didn't tip to there standards. I consider this quite RUDE!!!!!
Went to get a normal gel manicure, they did a horrible job removing cuticles. The polish literally lifted as soon as i left . never will i return and waste my time and money at this establishment, such a shame
The tools were already out, i did not see them come from an autoclave bag, then the girl pulled an unbagged nail clipper from the autoclave and used it on me- then put it back in the autoclave, unbagged. The papertowel that she had that was catching the dust from my nails, she shook it out and placed it on top of other used paper towel sheets like she was going to reuse it. The file was used and very old. Im not sure how some people can say this place is clean if the files are not new or the tools are not removed from the autoclave bag in front of you, but i guess we all have different opinions on clean. Im hoping that i did not acquire some sort fungal infection or worse hepatitis. They are close to my house but i will not be returning. The nails came out nice but not worth the risk of infection.
Very disappointed in the service. I don't usually get my nails done but decided to treat myself to the new dip polish, figuring it lasts. I got 2 days it of it. They looked beautiful when I left, but 2 days later both my thumb nails chipped. I live far but went all the way back to show them and another girl was very nice and fixed them for me. But she did it differently than the guy that did them for me 2 days before. She put a clear coat of the bottom. He only did 2 coats of color. I guess it depends on who you go to. But I think they should all have the same training. Anyway, I thanked and tipped her as well and now on day 3 all the other nails he did are cracked or lifting. $52 dollars later I'm very upset I wasted my money.
